Matthew 26

And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples,

Когато Иисус свърши тези думи, каза на учениците Си:

Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.

Знаете, че след два дни ще бъде Пасхата и Човешкият Син ще бъде предаден на разпятие.

Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,

Тогава главните свещеници и народните старейшини се събраха в двора на първосвещеника, който се наричаше Каяфа,

And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him.

и се наговаряха как да уловят Иисус с хитрост и да Го убият;

But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people.

но казваха: Да не е на празника, за да не стане вълнение сред народа.

Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper,

А когато Иисус беше във Витания, в къщата на прокажения Симон,

There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.

до Него се приближи една жена, която имаше алабастрен съд с много скъпо миро, което изля на главата Му, докато Той седеше на трапезата.

But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?

А като видяха това, учениците започнаха да недоволстват, казвайки: Защо се прахоса това?

For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.

Защото това миро можеше да се продаде за голяма сума, която да се раздаде на бедните.

When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.

Но като разбра това, Иисус им каза: Защо досаждате на жената? Понеже тя извърши едно добро дело за Мен.

For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.

Защото бедните винаги се намират между вас, а Аз не винаги се намирам.

For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.

Защото тя, като изля това миро върху тялото Ми, го направи за Моето погребение.

Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.

Истина ви казвам: където и да се проповядва това благовестие по целия свят, ще се разказва за неин спомен и това, което тя направи.

Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests,

Тогава един от дванадесетте, наречен Юда Искариотски, отиде при главните свещеници и каза:

And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.

Какво ще ми дадете, и аз ще ви Го предам? И те му определиха тридесет сребърника.

And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.

И оттогава той търсеше удобен случай, за да Го предаде.

Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?

А в първия ден на празника на безквасните хлябове учениците отидоха при Иисус и казаха: Къде искаш да Ти приготвим, за да ядеш пасхата?

And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples.

Той каза: Идете в града при еди-кого си и му кажете: Учителят каза: Времето Ми е близо – у теб ще празнувам Пасхата с учениците Си.

And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover.

И учениците направиха, както им заръча Иисус, и приготвиха Пасхата.

Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve.

И когато се свечери, Той седна на трапезата с дванадесетте ученици.

And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.

И като ядяха, каза: Истина ви казвам, че един от вас ще Ме предаде.

And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I?

А те бяха пренаскърбени и започнаха един по един всички да Му казват: Да не съм аз, Господи?

And he answered and said, He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me.

А Той в отговор каза: Който натопи ръката си заедно с Мен в блюдото, той ще Ме предаде.

The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born.

Човешкият Син отива, както е писано за Него; но горко на този човек, чрез когото Човешкият Син ще бъде предаден! Добре щеше да бъде за този човек, ако не се беше родил.

Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, Thou hast said.

А Юда, който Го предаде, в отговор каза: Да не съм аз, Равви? Иисус му каза: Ти каза.

And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.

И когато ядяха, Иисус взе хляб, благослови и го разчупи, и като го даваше на учениците, каза: Вземете, яжте: това е Моето тяло.

And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;

Взе и чашата и като благодари, даде им я и каза: Пийте от нея всички!

For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Защото това е Моята кръв на (новия) завет, която се пролива за мнозина за прощаване на греховете.

But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.

Но казвам ви, че отсега нататък няма вече да пия от този плод на лозата до онзи ден, когато ще го пия с вас нов в царството на Своя Отец.

And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.

И като изпяха химн, излязоха на Елеонския хълм.

Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.

Тогава Иисус им каза: Вие всички ще се отвърнете от Мен тази нощ, защото е писано: ?Ще поразя пастира и овцете на стадото ще се разпръснат.“

But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee.

А след като бъда възкресен, ще отида преди вас в Галилея.

Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of thee, yet will I never be offended.

А Петър в отговор Му каза: Даже и всички да се отвърнат от Теб, аз никога няма да се отвърна!

Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

Иисус му каза: Истина ти казвам, че тази нощ, преди да пропее петелът, ти три пъти ще се отречеш от Мен.

Peter said unto him, Though I should die with thee, yet will I not deny thee. Likewise also said all the disciples.

Петър Му каза: Дори да стане нужда да умра с Теб, пак няма да се отрека от Теб! Същото казаха и всичките ученици.

Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder.

Тогава Иисус дойде с тях на едно място, наречено Гетсимания, и каза на учениците Си: Седете тук, докато отида там и се помоля.

And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.

И като взе със Себе Си Петър и двамата Зеведееви синове, започна да скърби и да се страхува.

Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.

Тогава им каза: Душата Ми е пренаскърбена до смърт. Постойте тук и бдете заедно с Мен.

And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

И като отиде малко напред, падна на лицето Си и се молеше, казвайки: Отче Мой, ако е възможно, нека Ме отмине тази чаша; не обаче както Аз искам, а както Ти искаш.

And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour?

И дойде при учениците и ги намери заспали, и каза на Петър: Как! Не можахте ли поне един час да бдите с Мен?

Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Бдете и се молете, за да не паднете в изкушение. Духът е бодър, но плътта – немощна.

He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.

Пак отиде втори път и се моли, казвайки: Отче Мой, ако не е възможно да Ме отмине тази чаша, без да я пия, нека бъде Твоята воля.

And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy.

И като дойде, пак ги намери заспали, защото очите им бяха натежали.

And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words.

И пак ги остави и отиде да се помоли трети път, като каза отново същите думи.

Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

Тогава дойде при учениците и им каза: Спете и почивайте! Ето, наближи часът, когато Човешкият Син се предава в ръцете на грешници.

Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me.

Станете да вървим. Ето, приближи се този, който Ме предава.

And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people.

И когато Той говореше, ето, Юда, един от дванадесетте, дойде, и с него – голямо множество с мечове и тояги от главните свещеници и народните старейшини.

Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast.

А онзи, който Го предаваше, им беше дал знак, казвайки: Когото целуна, Той е; хванете Го.

And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him.

И веднага се приближи до Иисус и каза: Здравей, Равви! И Го целуваше.

And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him.

А Иисус му каза: Приятелю, за какво си дошъл? Тогава пристъпиха, сложиха ръце на Иисус и Го хванаха.

And, behold, one of them which were with Jesus stretched out his hand, and drew his sword, and struck a servant of the high priest's, and smote off his ear.

И ето, един от тези, които бяха с Иисус, протегна ръка, измъкна меча си и като удари слугата на първосвещеника, му отсече ухото.

Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.

Тогава Иисус му каза: Върни меча си на мястото му, защото всички, които са хванали меч, от меч ще загинат.

Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?

Или мислиш, че не мога да се помоля на Моя Отец и Той да Ми изпрати още сега повече от дванадесет легиона ангели?

But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?

Но как биха се сбъднали Писанията, че това трябва да бъде така?

In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staves for to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me.

В същия час Иисус каза на множествата: Като срещу разбойник ли сте излезли с мечове и тояги да Ме уловите? Всеки ден седях и поучавах в храма, и не Ме хванахте.

But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.

Но всичко това стана, за да се сбъднат Писанията на пророците. Тогава всички ученици Го оставиха и се разбягаха.

And they that had laid hold on Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled.

А тези, които бяха хванали Иисус, Го заведоха при първосвещеника Каяфа, където бяха събрани книжниците и старейшините.

But Peter followed him afar off unto the high priest's palace, and went in, and sat with the servants, to see the end.

А Петър Го следваше отдалеч до двора на първосвещеника; и като влезе вътре, седна със служителите да види края.

Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death;

А главните свещеници и целият Синедрион търсеха лъжливо свидетелство против Иисус, за да Го убият,

But found none: yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses,

но не намериха, въпреки че дойдоха много лъжесвидетели. Но накрая дойдоха двама, които казаха:

And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.

Този каза: Мога да разруша Божия храм и за три дни пак да го съградя.

And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?

Тогава първосвещеникът стана и Му каза: Нищо ли не отговаряш? Какво свидетелстват тези против Теб?

But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.

Но Иисус мълчеше. Първосвещеникът Му каза: Заклевам Те в живия Бог да ни кажеш Ти ли си Христос, Божият Син?

Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

Иисус му каза: Ти каза. Но казвам ви, отсега нататък ще видите Човешкия Син седящ отдясно на Силата и идещ на небесните облаци.

Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy.

Тогава първосвещеникът раздра дрехите си и каза: Той богохулства! Каква нужда имаме вече от свидетели? Ето, сега чухме богохулството. Вие какво мислите?

What think ye? They answered and said, He is guilty of death.

А те в отговор казаха: Той заслужава смъртно наказание.

Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands,

Тогава започнаха да Го заплюват в лицето и да Го блъскат, а други Му удряха плесници и Му казваха:

Saying, Prophesy unto us, thou Christ, Who is he that smote thee?

Пророкувай ни, Христе! Кой Те удари?

Now Peter sat without in the palace: and a damsel came unto him, saying, Thou also wast with Jesus of Galilee.

А Петър седеше вън на двора; и една слугиня дойде при него и му каза: И ти беше с Иисус Галилеянина.

But he denied before them all, saying, I know not what thou sayest.

А той се отрече пред всички, казвайки: Не разбирам какво говориш.

And when he was gone out into the porch, another maid saw him, and said unto them that were there, This fellow was also with Jesus of Nazareth.

И когато излезе в предверието, го видя друга и каза на тези, които бяха там: И този беше с Иисус Назарянина.

And again he denied with an oath, I do not know the man.

А Петър пак се отрече с клетва: Не познавам Човека.

And after a while came unto him they that stood by, and said to Peter, Surely thou also art one of them; for thy speech bewrayeth thee.

След малко се приближиха и онези, които стояха наблизо, и казаха на Петър: Наистина и ти си от тях, защото говорът ти те издава.

Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew.

Тогава той започна да проклина и да се кълне: Не познавам Човека. И начаса петелът пропя.

And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And he went out, and wept bitterly.

И Петър си спомни думата на Иисус, който беше казал: Преди да пропее петелът, три пъти ще се отречеш от Мен. И той излезе вън и плака горко.
