John 7

After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him.

След това Иисус ходеше из Галилея; защото не искаше да ходи из Юдея, понеже юдеите искаха да Го убият.

Now the Jews' feast of tabernacles was at hand.

А наближаваше юдейският празник Строене на колиби.

His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judæa, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest.

Затова Неговите братя Му казаха: Замини оттук и иди в Юдея, така че и Твоите ученици да видят делата, които вършиш;

For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.

защото никой, който сам иска да бъде известен, не върши нещо скришно. Щом вършиш тези дела, покажи Себе Си на света.

For neither did his brethren believe in him.

Защото и братята Му не вярваха в Него.

Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.

А Иисус им каза: Моето време още не е дошло, а вашето време винаги е готово.

The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

Вас светът не може да мрази, а Мен мрази, защото Аз свидетелствам за него, че делата му са зли.

Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast; for my time is not yet full come.

Изкачете се вие на празника; Аз няма да се изкача на този празник, защото времето Ми още не се е навършило.

When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee.

И като им каза това, си остана в Галилея.

But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.

А когато братята Му се бяха изкачили на празника, тогава и Той се изкачи, не явно, а някак си тайно.

Then the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he?

А юдеите Го търсеха на празника и казваха: Къде е Онзи?

And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay; but he deceiveth the people.

И имаше за Него голяма глъчка сред множествата. Едни казваха: Добър Човек е. Други казваха: Не е, а заблуждава народа.

Howbeit no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews.

Обаче никой не говореше за Него открито поради страха от юдеите.

Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.

Но вече по средата на празника Иисус се изкачи в храма и започна да поучава.

And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?

Затова юдеите се чудеха и казваха: Как този Човек е грамотен, като не се е учил?

Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.

Иисус в отговор им каза: Моето учение не е Мое, а на Онзи, който Ме е пратил.

If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

Ако иска някой да върши Неговата воля, ще познае дали учението е от Бога, или Аз от Себе Си говоря.

He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

Който говори от себе си, търси своята си слава; а който търси славата на Онзи, който Го е пратил, Той е истинен и в Него няма неправда.

Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me?

Не ви ли даде Мойсей закона? Но никой от вас не изпълнява закона. Защо искате да Ме убиете?

The people answered and said, Thou hast a devil: who goeth about to kill thee?

Народът отговори: Имаш демон. Кой иска да Те убие?

Jesus answered and said unto them, I have done one work, and ye all marvel.

Иисус в отговор им каза: Едно дело извърших, а вие всички се чудите.

Moses therefore gave unto you circumcision; (not because it is of Moses, but of the fathers;) and ye on the sabbath day circumcise a man.

Мойсей ви даде обрязването – не че то е от Мойсей, а от бащите – и вие в съботен ден обрязвате човека.

If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole on the sabbath day?

Ако човек приема обрязване в събота, за да не бъде нарушен Мойсеевият закон, на Мен ли се гневите за това, че изцяло оздравих човек в събота?

Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

Не съдете по вида, а съдете справедливо.

Then said some of them of Jerusalem, Is not this he, whom they seek to kill?

Тогава някои от ерусалимляните казаха: Не е ли Този, когото търсят да убият?

But, lo, he speaketh boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Do the rulers know indeed that this is the very Christ?

Ето, Той явно говори и нищо не Му казват. Да не би първенците наистина да са познали, че Този е Христос?

Howbeit we know this man whence he is: but when Christ cometh, no man knoweth whence he is.

Обаче Този знаем откъде е, а когато дойде Христос, никой няма да знае откъде е.

Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not.

Тогава Иисус, като поучаваше в храма, извика и каза: И Мен познавате, и откъде съм знаете; и Аз от само Себе Си не съм дошъл, а истинен е Този, който Ме е пратил, когото вие не познавате.

But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me.

А Аз Го познавам, защото съм от Него, и Той Ме е пратил.

Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come.

И тогава искаха да Го хванат, но никой не сложи ръка на Него, защото часът Му още не беше дошъл.

And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this man hath done?

И мнозина от народа повярваха в Него и казваха: Когато дойде Христос, нима ще извърши повече знамения от тези, които Този е извършил?

The Pharisees heard that the people murmured such things concerning him; and the Pharisees and the chief priests sent officers to take him.

Фарисеите чуха, че множеството шушукало така за Него, и главните свещеници и фарисеите пратиха служители да Го хванат.

Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.

А Иисус им каза: Още малко време съм с вас и ще отида при Онзи, който Ме Е пратил.

Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come.

Ще Ме търсите и няма да Ме намерите; и там, където съм Аз, вие не можете да дойдете.

Then said the Jews among themselves, Whither will he go, that we shall not find him? will he go unto the dispersed among the Gentiles, and teach the Gentiles?

На това юдеите казаха помежду си: Къде мисли да отиде Този, така че да не можем да Го намерим? Да не мисли да отиде при разпръснатите между гърците и да поучава гърците?

What manner of saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come?

Какво значи тази дума, която каза: Ще Ме търсите и няма да Ме намерите; и там, където съм Аз, вие не можете да дойдете?

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

А в последния ден, великия на празника, Иисус застана и извика, като каза: Ако някой е жаден, нека дойде при Мен и да пие.

He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

Ако някой вярва в Мен, както казва Писанието, реки от жива вода ще потекат от утробата му.

(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

А това каза за Духа, който вярващите в Него щяха да приемат; защото (Светият) Дух още не беше даден, понеже Иисус още не се беше прославил.

Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.

Затова някои от множеството, като чуха тези думи, казваха: Наистина Този е Пророкът.

Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee?

Други казваха: Този е Христос. Но някои казваха: Нима от Галилея ще дойде Христос?

Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?

Не е ли казано в Писанието, че Христос ще дойде от потомството на Давид и от градчето Витлеем, където е бил Давид?

So there was a division among the people because of him.

И така възникна разцепление между народа за Него.

And some of them would have taken him; but no man laid hands on him.

А някои от тях искаха да Го хванат, но никой не сложи ръце на Него.

Then came the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees; and they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him?

Тогава служителите дойдоха при главните свещеници и фарисеите, които им казаха: Защо не Го доведохте?

The officers answered, Never man spake like this man.

Служителите отговориха: Никога човек не е говорил така (като този Човек).

Then answered them the Pharisees, Are ye also deceived?

А фарисеите им отговориха: И вие ли сте заблудени?

Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him?

Някой от първенците или от фарисеите повярвал ли е в Него?

But this people who knoweth not the law are cursed.

Но това простолюдие, което не знае закона, е проклето!

Nicodemus saith unto them, (he that came to Jesus by night, being one of them,)

Никодим, който беше ходил при Него през нощта и който беше един от тях, им каза:

Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth?

Нашият закон осъжда ли човека, ако първо не го изслуша и не разбере какво върши?

They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and look: for out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.

Те в отговор му казаха: Да не си и ти от Галилея? Изследвай и виж, че няма пророк, който да се е издигнал от Галилея.

And every man went unto his own house.

И всеки отиде у дома си.
