Psalms 69

हे परमेश्वर, मुझको मेरी सब विपतियों से बचा! मेरे मुँह तक पानी चढ़ आया है।

Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.

कुछ भी नहीं है जिस पर मैं खड़ा हो जाऊँ। मैं दलदल के बीच नीचे धँसता ही चला जा रहा हूँ। मैं नीचे धंस रहा हूँ। मैं अगाध जल में हूँ और मेरे चारों तरफ लहरें पछाड़ खा रही है। बस, मैं डूबने को हूँ।

I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.

सहायता को पुकारते मैं दुर्बल होता जा रहा हूँ। मेरा गला दु;ख रहा है। मैं बाट जोह रहा हूँ तुझसे सहायता पाने और देखते—देखते मेरी आँखें दु;ख रही है।

I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.

मेरे शत्रु! मेरे सिर के बालों से भी अधिक हैं। वे मुझसे व्यर्थ बैर रखते हैं। वे मेरे विनाश की जुगत बहुत करते हैं। मेरे शत्रु मेरे विषय में झूठी बातें बनातें हैं। उन्होंने मुझको झूठे ही चोर बताया। और उन वस्तुओं की भरपायी करने को मुझे विवश किया, जिनको मैंने चुराया नहीं था।

They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.

हे परमेश्वर, तू तो जानता है कि मैंने कुछ अनुचित नहीं किया। मैं अपने पाप तुझसे नहीं छिपा सकता।

O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee.

हे मेरे स्वमी, हे सर्वशक्तिमान यहोवा, तू अपने भक्तों को मेरे कारण लज्जित मत होने दें। हे इस्राएल के परमेश्वर, ऐसे उन लोगों को मेरे लिए असमंजस में मत डाल जो तेरी उपासना करते हैं।

Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.

मेरा मुख लाज से झुक गया। यह लाज मैं तेरे लिए ढोता हूँ।

Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.

मेरे ही भाई, मेरे साथ यूँ ही बर्ताव करते हैं। जैसे बर्ताव किसी अजनबी से करते हों। मेरे ही सहोदर, मुझे पराया समझते है।

I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.

तेरे मन्दिर के प्रति मेरी तीव्र लगन ही मुझे जलाये डाल रही है। वे जो तेरा उपहास करते हैं वह मुझ पर आन पडा है।

For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.

मैं तो पुकारता हूँ और उपवास करता हूँ, इसलिए वे मेरी हँसी उड़ाते हैं।

When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach.

मैं निज शोक दर्शाने के लिए मोटे वस्रों को पहनता हूँ, और लोग मेरा मजाक उड़ाते हैं।

I made sackcloth also my garment; and I became a proverb to them.

वे जनता के बीच मेरी चर्चायें करतें, और पियक्कड़ मेरे गीत रचा करते हैं।

They that sit in the gate speak against me; and I was the song of the drunkards.

हे यहोवा, जहाँ तक मेरी बात है, मेरी तुझसे यह विनती है कि मैं चाहता हूँ; तू मुझे अपना ले! हे परमेश्वर, मैं चाहता हूँ कि तू मुझको प्रेम भरा उत्तर दे। मैं जानता हूँ कि मैं तुझ पर सुरक्षा का भरोसा कर सकता हूँ।

But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.

मुझको दलदल से उबार ले। मुझको दलदल के बीच मत डूबने दे। मुझको मेरे बैरी लोगों से तू बचा ले। तू मुझको इस गहरे पानी से बचा ले।

Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.

बाढ की लहरों को मुझे डुबाने न दे। गहराई को मुझे निगलने न दे। कब्र को मेरे ऊपर अपना मुँह बन्द न करने दे।

Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.

हे यहोवा, तेरी करूण खरी है। तू मुझको निज सम्पूर्ण प्रेम से उत्तर दे। मेरी सहायता के लिए अपनी सम्पूर्ण कृपा के साथ मेरी ओर मुख कर!

Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.

अपने दास से मत मुख मोड़। मैं संकट में पड़ा हूँ! मुझको शीघ्र सहारा दे।

And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily.

आ, मेरे प्राण बचा ले। तू मुझको मेरे शत्रुओं से छुड़ा ले।

Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.

तू मेरा निरादर जानता है। तू जानता है कि मेरे शत्रुओं ने मुझे लज्जित किया है। उन्हें मेरे संग ऐसा करते तूने देखा है।

Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.

निन्दा ने मुझको चकनाचूर कर दिया है! बस निन्दा के कारण मैं मरने पर हूँ। मैं सहानुभूति की बाट जोहता रहा, मैं सान्त्वना की बाट जोहता रहा, किन्तु मुझको तो कोई भी नहीं मिला।

Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.

उन्होंने मुझे विष दिया, भोजन नहीं दिया। सिरका मुझे दे दिया, दाखमधु नहीं दिया।

They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.

उनकी मेज खानों से भरी है वे इतना विशाल सहभागिता भोज कर रहे हैं। मैं आशा करता हूँ कि वे खाना उन्हें नष्ट करें।

Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.

वे अंधे हो जायें और उनकी कमर झुक कर दोहरी हो जाये।

Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.

ऐसे लगे कि उन पर तेरा भरपूर क्रोध टूट पड़ा है।

Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.

उनके घरों को तू खाली बना दे। वहाँ कोई जीवित न रहे।

Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents.

उनको दण्ड दे, और वे दूर भाग जायें। फिर उनके पास, उनकी बातों के विषय में उनके दर्द और घाव हो।

For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded.

उनके बुरे कर्मों का उनको दण्ड दे, जो उन्होंने किये हैं। उनको मत दिखला कि तू और कितना भला हो सकता है।

Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.

जीवन की पुस्तक से उनके नाम मिटा दे। सज्जनों के नामों के साथ तू उनके नाम उस पुस्तक में मत लिख।

Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.

मैं दु:खी हूँ और दर्द में हूँ। हे परमेश्वर, मुझको उबार ले। मेरी रक्षा कर!

But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.

मैं परमेश्वर के नाम का गुण गीतों में गाऊँगा। मैं उसका यश धन्यवाद के गीतों से गाऊँगा।

I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.

परमेश्वर इससे प्रसन्न हो जायेगा। ऐसा करना एक बैल की बलि या पूरे पशु की ही बलि चढ़ाने से अधिक उत्तम है।

This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.

अरे दीन जनों, तुम परमेश्वर की आराधना करने आये हो। अरे दीन लोगों! इन बातों को जानकर तुम प्रसन्न हो जाओगे।

The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God.

यहोवा, दीनों और असहायों की सुना करता है। यहोवा उन्हें अब भी चाहता है, जो लोग बंधन में पड़े हैं।

For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.

हे स्वर्ग और हे धरती, हे सागर और इसके बीच जो भी समाया है। परमेश्वर की स्तुती करो!

Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.

यहोवा सिय्योन की रक्षा करेगा! यहोवा यहूदा के नगर का फिर निर्माण करेगा। वे लोग जो इस धरती के स्वामी हैं, फिर वहाँ रहेंगे!

For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.

उसके सेवकों की संताने उस धरती को पायेगी। और ऐसे वे लोग निवास करेंगे जिन्हें उसका नाम प्यारा है।

The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
