I Chronicles 2

These are the sons of Israel; Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun,

اینها فرزندان یعقوب بودند: رئوبین، شمعون، لاوی، یهودا، یساکار، زبولون، دان، یوسف، بنیامین، نفتالی، جاد و اشیر.

Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.

اینها فرزندان یعقوب بودند: رئوبین، شمعون، لاوی، یهودا، یساکار، زبولون، دان، یوسف، بنیامین، نفتالی، جاد و اشیر.

The sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah: which three were born unto him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the LORD; and he slew him.

عیر، اونان و شیله پسران یهودا بودند که زنش، بتشوع کنعانی به دنیا آورد. عیر، پسر اول یهودا چون یک شخص شریر بود، خداوند او را کشت.

And Tamar his daughter in law bare him Pharez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah were five.

بیوهٔ عیر و یهودا صاحب دو پسر به نامهای فارص و زارح شدند، بنابراین یهودا دارای پنج پسر بود.

The sons of Pharez; Hezron, and Hamul.

حصرون و حامول پسران فارص بودند.

And the sons of Zerah; Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara: five of them in all.

زارح دارای پنج پسر به نامهای زمری، ایتان، هیمان، کلکول و دارع بود.

And the sons of Carmi; Achar, the troubler of Israel, who transgressed in the thing accursed.

عاکار، پسر کرمی اشیایی را که وقف خداوند شده بودند، برای خود نگه داشت و در نتیجه، مصیبت بزرگی بر سر مردم اسرائیل آورد.

And the sons of Ethan; Azariah.

عزریا پسر ایتان بود.

The sons also of Hezron, that were born unto him; Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.

یرحمئیل، رام و کلوبای پسران حصرون بودند.

And Ram begat Amminadab; and Amminadab begat Nahshon, prince of the children of Judah;

رام پدر عمیناداب و عمیناداب پدر نحشون، رهبر طایفهٔ یهودا بود.

And Nahshon begat Salma, and Salma begat Boaz,

نحشون پدر سلما و سلما پدر بوعز بود.

And Boaz begat Obed, and Obed begat Jesse,

بوعز پدر عوبید و عوبید پدر یَسی بود.

And Jesse begat his firstborn Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimma the third,

اولین پسر یَسی الیاب، دوّمی ابیناداب، سومی شمعه،

Nethaneel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,

چهارمی نتنئیل، پنجمی ردای،

Ozem the sixth, David the seventh:

ششمی اوصم و هفتمی داوود بود.

Whose sisters were Zeruiah, and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah; Abishai, and Joab, and Asahel, three.

خواهرانشان صرویه و ابیجایل بودند. صرویه سه پسر به نامهای ابیشای، یوآب و عسائیل داشت.

And Abigail bare Amasa: and the father of Amasa was Jether the Ishmeelite.

ابیجایل با یتر اسماعیلی ازدواج نمود و عماسا را به دنیا آورد.

And Caleb the son of Hezron begat children of Azubah his wife, and of Jerioth: her sons are these; Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.

کالیب، پسر حصرون از دو زن خود، عزوبه و یریعوت دارای سه پسر به نامهای یاشر، شوباب و اردون شد.

And when Azubah was dead, Caleb took unto him Ephrath, which bare him Hur.

وقتی عزوبه مُرد، کالیب با افرات عروسی کرد و افرات حور را به دنیا آورد.

And Hur begat Uri, and Uri begat Bezaleel.

حور پدر اوری و اوری پدر بصلئیل بود.

And afterward Hezron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead, whom he married when he was threescore years old; and she bare him Segub.

بعد حصرون در سن شصت سالگی با دختر ماخیر، پدر جلعاد عروسی کرد و از او صاحب یک پسر به نام سَجُوب شد.

And Segub begat Jair, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gilead.

سجوب پدر یائیر بود و او بیست و سه شهر را در سرزمین جلعاد اداره می‌کرد،

And he took Geshur, and Aram, with the towns of Jair, from them, with Kenath, and the towns thereof, even threescore cities. All these belonged to the sons of Machir the father of Gilead.

امّا جشور و ارام شهر یائیر را با قنات و شصت روستای اطراف آن تصرّف کردند. اشخاص مذکور همه پسران ماخیر، پدر جلعاد بودند.

And after that Hezron was dead in Caleb–ephratah, then Abiah Hezron's wife bare him Ashur the father of Tekoa.

بعد از وفات حصرون در کالیب افراته، ابیه زن حصرون، اشحور، پدر تقوع را به دنیا آورد.

And the sons of Jerahmeel the firstborn of Hezron were, Ram the firstborn, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, and Ahijah.

پسران یرحمئیل، عبارت بودند از: رام پسر اول، بونه، اورن، اوصم و اخیا.

Jerahmeel had also another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.

یرحمئیل یک زن دیگر هم به نام عطاره داشت و او مادر اونام بود.

And the sons of Ram the firstborn of Jerahmeel were, Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.

معص، یامین و عاقر پسران رام،

And the sons of Onam were, Shammai, and Jada. And the sons of Shammai; Nadab, and Abishur.

شمای و یاداع پسران اونام و ناداب و ابیشور پسران شمای بودند.

And the name of the wife of Abishur was Abihail, and she bare him Ahban, and Molid.

نام زن ابیشور ابیحایل بود و او احبان و مولید را به دنیا آورد.

And the sons of Nadab; Seled, and Appaim: but Seled died without children.

سَلَد و افایم پسران ناداب بودند. سلد بدون پسر از دنیا رفت.

And the sons of Appaim; Ishi. And the sons of Ishi; Sheshan. And the children of Sheshan; Ahlai.

یشعی پسر افایم، شیشان پسر یشعی و احلای پسر شیشان بود.

And the sons of Jada the brother of Shammai; Jether, and Jonathan: and Jether died without children.

یاداع، برادر شمای دو پسر داشت به نامهای یَتَر و یوناتان. یتر بدون فرزند مُرد.

And the sons of Jonathan; Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.

فالَت و زازا پسران یوناتان بودند. اشخاص نامبرده پسران یرحمئیل بودند.

Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarha.

شیشان پسری نداشت، امّا دارای چند دختر بود. او یک غلام مصری داشت که نام او یرحاع بود.

And Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant to wife; and she bare him Attai.

شیشان دختر خود را به یرحاع داد و یرحاع دارای پسری شد به نام عتای.

And Attai begat Nathan, and Nathan begat Zabad,

عتای پدر ناتان، ناتان پدر زاباد،

And Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat Obed,

زاباد پدر افلال، افلال پدر عوبید،

And Obed begat Jehu, and Jehu begat Azariah,

عوبید پدر ییهو، ییهو پدر عزریا،

And Azariah begat Helez, and Helez begat Eleasah,

عزریا پدر حالص، حالص پدر العاسه،

And Eleasah begat Sisamai, and Sisamai begat Shallum,

العاسه پدر سِسمای، سسمای پدر شلوم،

And Shallum begat Jekamiah, and Jekamiah begat Elishama.

شلوم پدر یقمیا و یقمیا پدر الیشمع بود.

Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were, Mesha his firstborn, which was the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.

پسران کالیب، برادر یرحمئیل: پسر اول او میشاع پدر زیف بود، زیف پدر ماریشه و ماریشه پدر حبرون بود.

And the sons of Hebron; Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.

قورح، تفوح، راقم و شامع پسران حبرون بودند.

And Shema begat Raham, the father of Jorkoam: and Rekem begat Shammai.

شامع پدر راحم، راحم پدر یرقعام و راقم برادر شامع، پدر شمای بود.

And the son of Shammai was Maon: and Maon was the father of Beth–zur.

ماعون پسر شمای و بیت صور پسر ماعون بود.

And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bare Haran, and Moza, and Gazez: and Haran begat Gazez.

عیفا، صیغه کالیب، حاران، موصا و جازیز را به دنیا آورد. حاران نیز پسری به نام جازیز داشت.

And the sons of Jahdai; Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.

(راجَم، یوتام، جیشان، فالت، عیفا و شاعف پسران یهدای بودند.)

Maachah, Caleb's concubine, bare Sheber, and Tirhanah.

معکه، صیغه دیگر کالیب، شابَر و تِرحَنَه را به دنیا آورد.

She bare also Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea: and the daughter of Caleb was Achsah.

او همچنین مادر شاعف، پدر مَدمَنه، شوا، پدر مَکْبینا و پدر جبعا بود و کالیب یک دختر هم به نام عکسه داشت.

These were the sons of Caleb the son of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratah; Shobal the father of Kirjath–jearim,

اشخاص نامبرده پسران کالیب بودند. فرزندان حور، پسر اول افراته اینها بودند: شوبال، بانی شهر قریت یعاریم،

Salma the father of Beth–lehem, Hareph the father of Beth–gader.

سلما، بانی شهر بیت‌لحم و حاریف، بانی شهر بیت جادر.

And Shobal the father of Kirjath–jearim had sons; Haroeh, and half of the Manahethites.

فرزندان شوبال، بانی قریت یعاریم، هرواه و نصف خانوادهٔ منوحوت بودند.

And the families of Kirjath–jearim; the Ithrites, and the Puhites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites; of them came the Zareathites, and the Eshtaulites.

خاندانهایی که در قریت یعاریم زندگی می‌کردند اینها بودند؛ یتریان، فوتیان، سوماتیان، مشراعیان از ایشان خانواده‌های صارعاتیان و اِشطاولیان بوجود آمدند.

The sons of Salma; Beth–lehem, and the Netophathites, Ataroth, the house of Joab, and half of the Manahethites, the Zorites.

پسران سلما، بانی بیت‌لحم، جدّ نطوفاتیان، عطروت بیت یوآب، نصف مانحتیان و صرعیان.

And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.

خاندانهایی که در نوشتن و نویسندگی مهارت داشتند و در یعبیص زندگی می‌کردند: ترهاتیان، شمعاتیان و سوکاتیان بودند. ایشان قینانیانی بودند که از نسل ریکاب فرزند حمات بودند.
