Psalms 103

Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

Binecuvintează, suflete, pe Domnul, şi tot ce este în mine să binecuvinteze Numele Lui cel sfînt!

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

Binecuvintează, suflete, pe Domnul, şi nu uita nici una din binefacerile Lui!

Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

El îţi iartă toate fărădelegile tale El îţi vindecă toate boalele tale;

Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

El îţi izbăveşte viaţa din groapă, El te încununează cu bunătate şi îndurare;

Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

El îţi satură de bunătăţi bătrîneţa, şi te face să întinereşti iarăş ca vulturul.

The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

Domnul face dreptate şi judecată tuturor celor asupriţi.

He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

El Şi -a arătat căile Sale lui Moise, şi lucrările Sale copiilor lui Israel.

The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

Domnul este îndurător şi milostiv, îndelung răbdător si bogat în bunătate.

He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

El nu Se ceartă fără încetare, şi nu ţine mînia pe vecie.

He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

Nu ne face după păcatele noastre, nu ne pedepseşte după fărădelegile noastre.

For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

Ci cît sînt de sus cerurile faţă de pămînt, atît este de mare bunătatea Lui pentru cei ce se tem de El;

As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

cît este de departe răsăritul de apus, atît de mult depărtează El fărădelegile noastre dela noi.

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

Cum se îndură un tată de copiii lui, aşa Se îndură domnul de ceice se tem de El.

For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

Căci El ştie din ce sîntem făcuţi; Îşi aduce aminte că sîntem ţărînă.

As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

Omul! zilele lui sînt ca iarba, şi înfloreşte ca floarea de pe cîmp.

For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

Cînd trece un vînt peste ea, nu mai este, şi locul pe care -l cuprindea, n'o mai cunoaşte.

But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

Dar bunătatea Domnului ţine în veci pentru ceice se tem de El, şi îndurarea Lui pentru copiii copiilor lor,

To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

pentru ceice păzesc legămîntul Lui, şi îşi aduc aminte de poruncile Lui, ca să le împlinească.

The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

Domnul Şi -a aşezat scaunul de domnie în ceruri, şi domnia Lui stăpîneşte peste tot.

Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

Binecuvîntaţi pe Domnul, îngerii Lui, cari sînteţi tari în putere, cari împliniţi poruncile Lui, şi cari ascultaţi de glasul cuvîntului Lui.

Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

Binecuvîntaţi pe Domnul, toate oştirile Lui, robii Lui, cari faceţi voia Lui!

Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

Binecuvîntaţi pe Domnul, toate lucrările Lui, în toate locurile stăpînirii Lui! Binecuvintează, suflete, pe Domnul!
