Acts 2

And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

И когато настана денят на Петдесетницата, те всички бяха на едно място.

And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

И внезапно стана шум от небето като фученето на силен вятър и изпълни цялата къща, където седяха.

And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

И им се явиха езици като огнени, които се разделяха, и седна по един на всеки от тях.

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

И те всички се изпълниха със Свети Дух и започнаха да говорят други езици, както Духът им даваше да говорят.

And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.

А в Ерусалим се намираха юдеи, богобоязливи мъже от всеки народ под небето.

Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

И като се чу този шум, се събра една навалица; и се смутиха, защото всеки един ги слушаше да говорят на неговия език.

And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilæans?

И всички, смаяни и учудени, си говореха помежду си: Ето, всички тези, които говорят, не са ли галилеяни?

And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?

Тогава как ги слушаме да говорят всеки на нашия собствен език, в който сме родени?

Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judæa, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,

Партяни, мидяни и еламити, жители на Месопотамия, Юдея и Кападокия, Понт и Азия,

Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

Фригия и Памфилия, на Египет и онези страни от Ливия, които граничат с Киринея, посетители от Рим, и юдеи, и прозелити,

Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.

критяни и араби ги слушаме да говорят на нашите езици за великите Божии дела.

And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?

И те всички се смаяха и в недоумение си казваха един на друг: Какво значи това?

Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

А други се присмиваха и казваха: Те са се напили със сладко вино.

But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judæa, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

А Петър, като се изправи с единадесетте, издигна гласа си и започна да им говори: Юдеи и всички, които живеете в Ерусалим, нека това ви стане известно и внимавайте в моите думи.

For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

Защото тези не са пияни, както вие мислите, понеже е третият час на деня;

But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

а това е казаното чрез пророк Йоил:

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

?И в последните дни, казва Бог, ще излея от Духа Си на всяко създание; и синовете ви и дъщерите ви ще пророкуват; юношите ви ще виждат видения; старците ви ще сънуват сънища;

And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

още и на слугите Си и на слугините Си ще изливам от Духа Си. В онези дни ще пророкуват.

And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

И ще покажа чудеса на небето горе и знамения на земята долу – кръв и огън, и пара от дим.

The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:

Слънцето ще се превърне в тъмнина и луната в кръв, преди да дойде великият и бележит Ден Господен.

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

И всеки, който призове Името на Господа, ще се спаси.“

Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

Израилтяни, послушайте тези думи: Иисус Назарянина, Мъж, засвидетелстван между вас от Бога чрез мощни дела, чудеса и знамения, които Бог извърши чрез Него между вас, както вие сами знаете;

Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

Него, предаден според определената Божия воля и предузнание, вие разпънахте и убихте чрез ръката на беззаконници.

Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

Него Бог възкреси, като развърза болките на смъртта, понеже не беше възможно Той да бъде държан от нея.

For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:

Защото Давид казва за Него: ?Винаги гледах Господа пред себе си; понеже Той е отдясно ми, за да не се поклатя.

Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:

Затова се зарадва сърцето ми и развесели езикът ми, а още и плътта ми ще престоява в надежда;

Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

защото няма да оставиш душата ми в ада, нито ще допуснеш Твоя Светия да види изтление.

Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.

Изявил си ми пътищата на живота; в присъствието Си ще ме изпълниш с радост.“

Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

Братя, нека да ви кажа свободно за патриарха Давид, че и умря, и беше погребан, и гробът му е при нас и до днес.

Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

И така, понеже беше пророк и знаеше, че Бог с клетва му беше обещал, че ще постави един от неговите потомци на престола му,

He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

той предвидя и каза за възкресението на Христос, че нито Той беше оставен в ада, нито плътта Му видя изтление.

This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

Този Иисус Бог възкреси, на което ние всички сме свидетели.

Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

И така, като се възвиси до Божията десница и взе от Отца обещанието на Светия Дух, Той изля това, което вие сега виждате и чувате.

For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

Защото Давид не се е възнесъл на небесата; а сам той казва: ?Каза Господ на моя Господ: Седи от дясната Ми страна,

Until I make thy foes thy footstool.

докато положа враговете Ти под краката Ти.“

Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

И така, нека добре знае целият израилев дом, че този Иисус, когото вие разпънахте, Него Бог е направил и Господ, и Христос.

Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

Като чуха, те, ужилени в сърцата си, казаха на Петър и на другите апостоли: Какво да направим, братя?

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

А Петър им каза: Покайте се и нека всеки от вас се кръсти в Името на Иисус Христос за прощаване на греховете ви; и ще приемете дара на Светия Дух.

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

Защото на вас е обещанието и на децата ви, и на всички далечни, колкото Господ, нашият Бог, ще призове при Себе Си.

And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

И с много други думи свидетелстваше и ги увещаваше, като казваше: Избавете се от това извратено поколение.

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

И така, тези, които приеха словото му, се кръстиха; и в същия ден се прибавиха около три хиляди души.

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

И те постоянстваха в учението на апостолите, в общуването, в разчупването на хляба и в молитвите.

And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

И страх обзе всяка душа; и много чудеса и знамения ставаха чрез апостолите.

And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

И всичките вярващи бяха заедно и имаха всичко общо;

And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

и продаваха стоката и имота си и ги разпределяха между всички, според нуждата на всекиго.

And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

И всеки ден прекарваха единодушно в храма и разчупваха хляб по къщите си, и приемаха храна с радост и простосърдечие,

Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

като хвалеха Бога и печелеха благоволението на целия народ. А Господ всеки ден прибавяше онези, които се спасяваха.
