Psalms 118

Lăudaţi pe Domnul, căci este bun, ,,căci în veac ţine îndurarea Lui!``

O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.

Să zică Israel: ,,Căci în veac ţine îndurarea Lui!``

Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

Casa lui Aaron să zică: ,,Căci în veac ţine îndurarea Lui!``

Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

Cei ce se tem de Domnul să zică: ,,Căci în veac ţine îndurarea Lui!``

Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

În mijlocul strîmtorării am chemat pe Domnul: Domnul m'a ascultat şi m'a scos la larg.

I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place.

Domnul este de partea mea, nu mă tem de nimic: ce pot să-mi facă nişte oameni?

The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

Domnul este ajutorul meu, şi mă bucur cînd îmi văd împlinită dorinţa faţă de vrăjmaşii mei.

The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.

Mai bine este să cauţi un adăpost în Domnul, decît să te încrezi în om;

Toate neamurile mă înconjurau: în Numele Domnului, le tai în bucăţi.

All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.

Mă înconjurau, m'au împresurat: dar în Numele Domnului, le tai în bucăţi.

They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

M'au înconjurat ca nişte albine: se sting ca un foc de spini; în Numele Domnului, le tai în bucăţi.

They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

Tu mă împingeai ca să mă faci să cad, dar Domnul m'a ajutat.

Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.

Domnul este tăria mea şi pricina laudelor mele; El m'a mîntuit.

The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.

Strigăte de biruinţă şi de mîntuire se înalţă în corturile celor neprihăniţi: dreapta Domnului cîştigă biruinţa!

The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

Dreapta Domnului se înalţă; dreapta Domnului cîştigă biruinţa!

The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

Nu voi muri, ci voi trăi, şi voi povesti lucrările Domnului.

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.

Domnul m'a pedepsit, da, dar nu m'a dat pradă morţii.

The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.

Deschideţi-mi porţile neprihănirii, ca să intru şi să laud pe Domnul.

Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD:

Iată poarta Domnului: pe ea intră cei neprihăniţi.

This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.

Te laud, pentrucă m'ai ascultat, pentrucă m'ai mîntuit.

I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.

Piatra, pe care au lepădat -o zidarii, a ajuns să fie pusă în capul unghiului clădirii.

The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.

Domnul a făcut lucrul acesta: şi este o minunăţie înaintea ochilor noştri.

This is the LORD'S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

Aceasta este ziua, pe care a făcut -o Domnul: să ne bucurăm şi să ne veselim în ea!

This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Doamne, ajută! Doamne, dă izbîndă!

Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.

Binecuvîntat să fie cel ce vine în Numele Domnului! Vă binecuvîntăm din Casa Domnului.

Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.

Domnul este Dumnezeu, şi ne luminează. Legaţi cu funii vita pentru jertfă, şi aduceţi -o pînă la coarnele altarului!

God is the LORD, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

Tu eşti Dumnezeul meu, şi eu Te voi lăuda; Dumnezeule, Te voi prea mări.

Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee.
