Psalms 145

داؤد کا زبور۔ حمد و ثنا کا گیت۔ اے میرے خدا، مَیں تیری تعظیم کروں گا۔ اے بادشاہ، مَیں ہمیشہ تک تیرے نام کی ستائش کروں گا۔

I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

روزانہ مَیں تیری تمجید کروں گا، ہمیشہ تک تیرے نام کی حمد کروں گا۔

Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

رب عظیم اور بڑی تعریف کے لائق ہے۔ اُس کی عظمت انسان کی سمجھ سے باہر ہے۔

Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

ایک پشت اگلی پشت کے سامنے وہ کچھ سراہے جو تُو نے کیا ہے، وہ دوسروں کو تیرے زبردست کام سنائیں۔

One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

مَیں تیرے شاندار جلال کی عظمت اور تیرے معجزوں میں محوِ خیال رہوں گا۔

I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.

لوگ تیرے ہیبت ناک کاموں کی قدرت پیش کریں، اور مَیں بھی تیری عظمت بیان کروں گا۔

And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness.

وہ جوش سے تیری بڑی بھلائی کو سراہیں اور خوشی سے تیری راستی کی مدح سرائی کریں۔

They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.

رب مہربان اور رحیم ہے۔ وہ تحمل اور شفقت سے بھرپور ہے۔

The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.

رب سب کے ساتھ بھلائی کرتا ہے، وہ اپنی تمام مخلوقات پر رحم کرتا ہے۔

The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.

اے رب، تیری تمام مخلوقات تیرا شکر کریں۔ تیرے ایمان دار تیری تمجید کریں۔

All thy works shall praise thee, O LORD; and thy saints shall bless thee.

وہ تیری بادشاہی کے جلال پر فخر کریں اور تیری قدرت بیان کریں

They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power;

تاکہ آدم زاد تیرے قوی کاموں اور تیری بادشاہی کی جلالی شان و شوکت سے آگاہ ہو جائیں۔

To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.

تیری بادشاہی کی کوئی انتہا نہیں، اور تیری سلطنت پشت در پشت ہمیشہ تک قائم رہے گی۔

Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.

رب تمام گرنے والوں کا سہارا ہے۔ جو بھی دب جائے اُسے وہ اُٹھا کھڑا کرتا ہے۔

The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.

سب کی آنکھیں تیرے انتظار میں رہتی ہیں، اور تُو ہر ایک کو وقت پر اُس کا کھانا مہیا کرتا ہے۔

The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season.

تُو اپنی مٹھی کھول کر ہر جاندار کی خواہش پوری کرتا ہے۔

Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.

رب اپنی تمام راہوں میں راست اور اپنے تمام کاموں میں وفادار ہے۔

The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.

رب اُن سب کے قریب ہے جو اُسے پکارتے ہیں، جو دیانت داری سے اُسے پکارتے ہیں۔

The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

جو اُس کا خوف مانیں اُن کی آرزو وہ پوری کرتا ہے۔ وہ اُن کی فریادیں سن کر اُن کی مدد کرتا ہے۔

He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.

رب اُن سب کو محفوظ رکھتا ہے جو اُسے پیار کرتے ہیں، لیکن بےدینوں کو وہ ہلاک کرتا ہے۔

The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.

میرا منہ رب کی تعریف بیان کرے، تمام مخلوقات ہمیشہ تک اُس کے مُقدّس نام کی ستائش کریں۔

My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
