Job 37

At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of his place.

Pri tio tremas mia koro Kaj saltas de sia loko.

Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.

Aŭskultu atente en la bruo Lian voĉon, Kaj la sonojn, kiuj eliras el Lia buŝo.

He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

Sub la tutan ĉielon Li kurigas tion, Kaj Sian lumon al la randoj de la tero.

After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.

Post ĝi ekbruas la tondro; Li tondras per Sia majesta voĉo, Kaj oni ne povas tion haltigi, kiam aŭdiĝas Lia voĉo.

God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.

Mirinde tondras Dio per Sia voĉo; Li faras ion grandan, sed ne konatan.

For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.

Al la neĝo Li diras: Falu sur la teron; Ankaŭ al la pluvego, al Siaj fortaj pluvegoj.

He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work.

Sur la manon de ĉiu homo Li metas sigelon, Por ke ĉiuj homoj sciu Lian faron.

Then the beasts go into dens, and remain in their places.

La sovaĝa besto iras en sian kavon Kaj restas en sia loĝejo.

Out of the south cometh the whirlwind: and cold out of the north.

El la sudo venas ventego, Kaj de la nordo venas malvarmo.

By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.

De la spiro de Dio venas frosto, Kaj vasta akvo fariĝas kvazaŭ fandaĵo.

Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:

La nubojn Li pezigas per akvo, Kaj nubo disŝutas Lian lumon.

And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.

Li direktas ilin ĉirkaŭen, kien Li volas, Por ke ili plenumu ĉion, kion Li ordonas al ili, sur la tero:

He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.

Ĉu por puno de ia lando, Ĉu por favorkoraĵo Li ilin direktas.

Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.

Atentu tion, Ijob; Staru, kaj konsideru la miraklojn de Dio.

Dost thou know when God disposed them, and caused the light of his cloud to shine?

Ĉu vi scias, kiamaniere Dio agigas ilin Kaj aperigas lumon el Sia nubo?

Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him which is perfect in knowledge?

Ĉu vi komprenas, ĉe la distiro de nubo, La miraklojn de Tiu, kiu estas la plej perfekta en la sciado?

How thy garments are warm, when he quieteth the earth by the south wind?

Kiamaniere viaj vestoj varmiĝas, Kiam la tero kvietiĝas de sude?

Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?

Ĉu vi povas etendi kun Li la ĉielon, Firman kiel fandita spegulo?

Teach us what we shall say unto him; for we cannot order our speech by reason of darkness.

Sciigu al ni, kion ni devas diri al Li; Mi nenion povas elkonjekti pro mallumo.

Shall it be told him that I speak? if a man speak, surely he shall be swallowed up.

Ĉu estos rakontita al Li tio, kion mi parolas? Se iu parolos, li pereos.

And now men see not the bright light which is in the clouds: but the wind passeth, and cleanseth them.

Nun oni ne povas rigardi la lumon, kiu hele lumas en la ĉielo, Kiam la vento pasas kaj purigas ĝin.

Fair weather cometh out of the north: with God is terrible majesty.

De norde venas oro; Ĉirkaŭ Dio estas terura brilo.

Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict.

La Plejpotenculon ni ne povas kompreni. Li estas granda en forto, justo, kaj vero; Li neniun premas.

Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.

Tial respektegas Lin la homoj; Kaj Li atentas neniun el la saĝuloj.
