Psalms 66

हे धरती की हर वस्तु, आनन्द के साथ परमेश्वर की जय बोलो।

Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:

उसके माहिमामय नाम की स्तुति करों! उसका आदर उसके स्तुति गीतों से करों!

Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious.

उसके अति अद्भुत कामों से परमेश्वर को बखानों! हे परमेश्वर, तेरी शक्ति बहुत बड़ी है। तेरे शत्रु झुक जाते और वे तुझसे डरते हैं।

Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.

जगत के सभी लोग तेरी उपासना करें और तेरे नाम का हर कोई गुण गायें।

All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah.

तुम उनको देखो जो आश्चर्यपूर्ण काम परमेश्वर ने किये! वे वस्तुएँ हमको अचरज से भर देती है।

Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.

परमेश्वर ने धरती सूखी होने को सागर को विवश किया और उसके आनन्दित जन पैदल महानद को पार कर गये।

He turned the sea into dry land: they went through the flood on foot: there did we rejoice in him.

परमेश्वर अपनी महाशक्ति से इस संसार का शासन करता है। परमेश्वर हर कहीं लोगों पर दृष्टि रखता है। कोई भी व्यक्ति उसके विरूद्ध नहीं हो सकता।

He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.

लोगों, हमारे परमेश्वर का गुणगान तुम ऊँचे स्वर में करो।

O bless our God, ye people, and make the voice of his praise to be heard:

परमेश्वर ने हमको यह जीवन दिया है। वह हमारी रक्षा करता है।

Which holdeth our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.

परमेश्वर ने हमारी परीक्षा ली है। परमेश्वर ने हमें वैसे ही परखा, जैसे लोग आग में डालकर चाँदी परखते हैं।

For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.

है परमेश्वर, तूने हमें फँदों में फँसने दिया। तूने हम पर भारी बोझ लाद दिया।

Thou broughtest us into the net; thou laidst affliction upon our loins.

तूने हमें शत्रुओं से पैरों तले रौदंवाया। तूने हमको आग और पानी में से घसीटा। किन्तु तू फिर भी हमें सुरक्षित स्थान पर ले आया।

Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.

इसलिए में तेरे मन्दिर में बलियाँ चढ़ाने लाऊँगा। जब मैं विपति में था, मैंने तेरी शरण माँगी और मैंने तेरी बहुतेरी मन्नत मानी। अब उन सब वस्तुओं को जिनकी मैंने मन्नत मानी, अर्पित करता हूँ।

I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,

इसलिए में तेरे मन्दिर में बलियाँ चढ़ाने लाऊँगा। जब मैं विपति में था, मैंने तेरी शरण माँगी और मैंने तेरी बहुतेरी मन्नत मानी। अब उन सब वस्तुओं को जिनकी मैंने मन्नत मानी, अर्पित करता हूँ।

Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.

तुझको पापबलि अर्पित कर रहा हूँ, और मेढ़ों के साथ सुगन्ध अर्पित करता हूँ। तुझको बैलों और बकरों की बलि अर्पित करता हूँ।

I will offer unto thee burnt sacrifices of fatlings, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.

ओ सभी लोगों, परमेश्वर के आराधकों। आओ, मैं तुम्हें बताऊँगा कि परमेश्वर ने मेरे लिए क्या किया है।

Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

मैंने उसकी विनती की। मैंने उसका गुणगान किया। मेरा मन पवित्र था, मेरे स्वामी ने मेरी बात सुनी।

I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.

मैंने उसकी विनती की। मैंने उसका गुणगान किया। मेरा मन पवित्र था, मेरे स्वामी ने मेरी बात सुनी।

If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:

परमेश्वर ने मेरी सुनी। परमेश्वर ने मेरी विनती सुन ली।

But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.

परमेश्वर के गुण गाओ। परमेश्वर ने मुझसे मुँह नहीं मोड़ा। उसने मेरी प्रार्थना को सुन लिया। परमेश्वर ने निज करूणा मुझपर दर्शायी।

Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.
