Job 37

И поради това сърцето ми трепери, от мястото си се помества.

At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of his place.

Слушайте внимателно гърма на гласа Му и тътена, който излиза от устата Му.

Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.

Той го изпраща под цялото небе и светкавицата Си — до краищата на земята.

He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

След нея бучи глас, Той гърми с величествения Си глас и не възпира светкавиците, когато се чуе гласът Му.

After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.

Бог гърми чудно с гласа Си, върши велики дела, които ние не схващаме.

God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.

Защото казва на снега: Вали на земята! — и на проливния дъжд и на дъждовните порои.

For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.

Слага печат на ръката на всеки човек, така че всички хора да познаят делото Му.

He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work.

Тогава зверовете отиват в бърлогите си и в леговищата си остават.

Then the beasts go into dens, and remain in their places.

От стаите на юг вихрушка иде, от северните ветрове — студът.

Out of the south cometh the whirlwind: and cold out of the north.

Чрез Божия дъх става лед и широтата на водите се затваря.

By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.

Той насища с влага облака и разпръсва светлите Си облаци,

Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:

и те се носят наоколо под наставлението Му, за да правят всичко, което им заповядва, по лицето на земния свят.

And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.

Докарва ги било за наказание, или за земята Си, или за милост.

He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.

Слушай това, Йове, застани и размисли за Божиите чудеса.

Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.

Знаеш ли как Бог им заповядва и прави да свети светкавицата на облака Му?

Dost thou know when God disposed them, and caused the light of his cloud to shine?

Разбираш ли равновесието на облаците, чудните дела на Съвършения във знание?

Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him which is perfect in knowledge?

Как биват дрехите ти топли, когато успокоява земята от юг?

How thy garments are warm, when he quieteth the earth by the south wind?

Разпрострял ли си с Него небесната твърд, здрава като излято огледало?

Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?

Научи ни какво да Му кажем, не можем думите да наредим от тъмнина.

Teach us what we shall say unto him; for we cannot order our speech by reason of darkness.

Ще му се извести ли, ако аз говоря? Ако продума човек, непременно ще бъде погълнат.

Shall it be told him that I speak? if a man speak, surely he shall be swallowed up.

Дори и сега не виждат хората поради облаците светлината ярка, но минава вятърът и ги изчиства.

And now men see not the bright light which is in the clouds: but the wind passeth, and cleanseth them.

От север идва златно сияние; страшно величие има у Бога.

Fair weather cometh out of the north: with God is terrible majesty.

Всесилния — не можем да Го проумеем — Превъзходния във сила и във съд; и в правосъдието изобилно Той не угнетява.

Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict.

Затова хората Му се боят; и Той не гледа на никого от мъдрите по сърце.

Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.
