Romans 16

I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea:

خواهر ما «فیبی» را كه خادمهٔ كلیسای «كنخریا» است به شما معرّفی می‌کنم

That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.

تا او را در اتّحاد با خداوند و آن ‌طور كه شایستهٔ مقدّسین است بپذیرید و در تمام مسائلی كه احتیاج به كمک شما دارد به او كمک كنید؛ زیرا او از بسیاری، از جمله خود من، حمایت نموده است.

Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus:

به «پرسكله» و «اكیلا» همكاران من در مسیح عیسی ‌

Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.

كه جان خود را به‌خاطر من به خطر انداخته‌اند، سلام برسانید. نه من تنها بلكه تمام كلیساهای غیر یهود نیز از ایشان ممنون هستند.

Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ.

به كلیسایی كه در خانهٔ آنان تشكیل می‌شود سلام برسانید. من به دوست عزیز «اپنطس» كه اولین شخصی بود كه در استان آسیا به مسیح ایمان آورد نیز سلام می‌رسانم.

Greet Mary, who bestowed much labour on us.

و همچنین به مریم كه در میان شما زحمت زیاد كشیده است، سلام برسانید.

Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.

و به «اندرونیكاس» و «یونیاس» هموطنان من كه با من در زندان بودند، سلام برسانید. آنان در میان رسولان اشخاص برجسته‌ای هستند و قبل از من مسیحی بودند.

Greet Amplias my beloved in the Lord.

همچنین به دوست عزیزم در خداوند «امپلیاس»

Salute Urbane, our helper in Christ, and Stachys my beloved.

و به «اوربانوس» همكار من در خدمت مسیح و به «استاخیس» عزیز

Salute Apelles approved in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus' household.

و به «اپلیس» مقبول مسیح و به خانوادهٔ «ارستبولس» سلام برسانید.

Salute Herodion my kinsman. Greet them that be of the household of Narcissus, which are in the Lord.

به هموطن من «هیرودیون» و ایمانداران خانوادهٔ «نیركسوس»

Salute Tryphena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute the beloved Persis, which laboured much in the Lord.

و به «طریفینا» و «طریفوسا» كه در كار خداوند فعّال هستند و به دوست عزیزم «پرسیس» كه در خدمت خداوند زحمت بسیار كشیده است

Salute Rufus chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine.

و به «روفس» آن مسیحی برجسته و همچنین مادرش كه نسبت به من نیز مانند یک مادر بوده است، سلام برسانید.

Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren which are with them.

سلام مرا به «اسونكرتیس»، «فلیگان»، «هرماس»، «پطروباس»، «هرمیس» و مسیحیانی كه با آنها هستند

Salute Philologus, and Julia, Nereus, and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints which are with them.

و «فیلولویگانس»، «جولیا»، «نیریاس»، و خواهرش و «اولیمپیاس» و همهٔ مقدّسینی كه با ایشانند، برسانید.

Salute one another with an holy kiss. The churches of Christ salute you.

با بوسهٔ مقدّسانه به یكدیگر خوش‌آمد بگویید. جمیع كلیساهای مسیح به شما سلام می‌رسانند.

Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

ای دوستان من، از شما درخواست می‌کنم از آنانی ‌كه خلاف آن تعلیمی كه یافته‌اید، باعث تفرقه می‌شوند و دیگران را گمراه می‌کنند، برحذر باشید و از آنان دوری كنید.

For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

زیرا چنین افرادی در حقیقت بندگان خداوند ما مسیح نیستند، بلكه امیال خود را بندگی می‌کنند و مردم ساده لوح را با تعارف و تملّق فریب می‌دهند.

For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.

وفاداری شما نسبت به انجیل در نزد همه معروف است و من هم از این موضوع شادمانم، امّا آرزو دارم كه در نیكوكاری، ورزیده و در بدی كردن، بی‌تجربه باشید.

And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

و خدایی كه سرچشمهٔ آرامش است، بزودی شیطان را زیر پاهای شما خواهد كوبید. فیض خداوند ما عیسی مسیح با شما باد.

Timotheus my workfellow, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen, salute you.

«تیموتاؤس» همكار من به شما سلام می‌رساند و همچنین «لوسیوس» و «یاسون» و «سوسیپاطوس» هموطنان من

I Tertius, who wrote this epistle, salute you in the Lord.

و نیز خودم «طرتیوس» منشی پولس در نوشتن این نامه به شما درود مسیحی می‌فرستم.

Gaius mine host, and of the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus the chamberlain of the city saluteth you, and Quartus a brother.

«غایوس» میزبان من، كه میزبان تمام كلیسا هم هست و نیز «ارسطوس» خزانه‌دار شهر و برادر ما «كوارطس» به شما سلام می‌رسانند. [

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

فیض خداوند ما عیسی مسیح با همهٔ شما باد، آمین.]

Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,

اكنون به او كه قادر است مطابق مژده‌ای كه من اعلام می‌کنم، یعنی پیام مربوط به عیسی مسیح و بر طبق افشای آن حقیقت پنهانی كه قرنهای دراز مخفی بود

But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:

و در حال حاضر مكشوف شده و به وسیلهٔ نوشته‌های انبیا به حكم خدای جاودان به تمام ملّتهای جهان آشكار گردید تا آنها ایمان آورند و اطاعت نمایند، به او كه قادر است شما را قوی و استوار سازد،

To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. Written to the Romans from Corinthus, and sent by Phebe servant of the church at Cenchrea.

به آن خدایی كه دانای یكتاست، به وساطت عیسی مسیح پیوسته تا ابد جلال باد! آمین.
