Deuteronomy 14

Σεις εισθε υιοι Κυριου του Θεου σας δεν θελετε καμει εις το σωμα σας εντομας, ουδε θελετε καμει φαλακρωμα αναμεσον των οφθαλμων σας, δια νεκρον.

Ye are the children of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.

Διοτι λαος αγιος εισαι εις Κυριον τον Θεον σου και σε εξελεξεν ο Κυριος δια να ησαι εις αυτον λαος εκλεκτος, παρα παντα τα εθνη τα επι της γης.

For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

Δεν θελεις τρωγει ουδεν βδελυκτον.

Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.

Ταυτα ειναι τα κτηνη, τα οποια θελετε τρωγει ο βους, το προβατον και η αιξ,

These are the beasts which ye shall eat: the ox, the sheep, and the goat,

η ελαφος και η δορκας και ο βουβαλος και ο αγριοτραγος και ο πυγαργος και ο αγριος βους και η καμηλοπαρδαλις.

The hart, and the roebuck, and the fallow deer, and the wild goat, and the pygarg, and the wild ox, and the chamois.

Και παν τετραποδον εχον τον ποδα διχηλον και το ονυχιον διηρημενον εις δυο χηλας, και αναμασσων μεταξυ των τετραποδων, ταυτα θελετε τρωγει.

And every beast that parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud among the beasts, that ye shall eat.

Ταυτα ομως δεν θελετε τρωγει εκ των οσα αναμασσωσιν, η εκ των οσα εχουσι το ονυχιον διχηλον την καμηλον και τον λαγωον και τον δασυποδα διοτι αναμασσωσι μεν, πλην δεν εχουσι διηρημενον το ονυχιον ταυτα ειναι ακαθαρτα εις εσας

Nevertheless these ye shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the cloven hoof; as the camel, and the hare, and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; therefore they are unclean unto you.

και τον χοιρον, διοτι εχει μεν το ονυχιον διχηλον, πλην δεν αναμασσα ειναι ακαθαρτος εις εσας απο του κρεατος αυτων δεν θελετε τρωγει ουδε το θνησιμαιον αυτων θελετε εγγιζει.

And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase.

Εκ παντων των εν τοις υδασι ταυτα θελετε τρωγει παντα, οσα εχουσι πτερυγια και λεπη, θελετε τρωγει

These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat:

παντα δε, οσα δεν εχουσι πτερυγια και λεπη, δεν θελετε τρωγει ειναι ακαθαρτα εις εσας.

And whatsoever hath not fins and scales ye may not eat; it is unclean unto you.

Παν πτηνον καθαρον θελετε τρωγει.

Of all clean birds ye shall eat.

Ταυτα ομως ειναι εκεινα, εκ των οποιων δεν θελετε τρωγει ο αετος και ο γρυπαετος και ο μελαναετος

But these are they of which ye shall not eat: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,

και ο γυπαετος και ο ικτινος και ο γυψ κατα το ειδος αυτου,

And the glede, and the kite, and the vulture after his kind,

και πας κοραξ κατα το ειδος αυτου,

And every raven after his kind,

και η στρουθοκαμηλος και η γλαυξ και ο ιβις και ο ιεραξ κατα το ειδος αυτου,

And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,

ο νυκτικοραξ και η μεγαλη γλαυξ και ο κυκνος,

The little owl, and the great owl, and the swan,

και ο πελεκαν και η κισσα και η αιθυια,

And the pelican, and the gier eagle, and the cormorant,

και ο πελαργος και ο ερωδιος κατα το ειδος αυτου και ο επωψ και η νυκτερις.

And the stork, and the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.

Και παντα τα ερπετα τα πτερωτα ειναι ακαθαρτα εις εσας δεν θελουσι τρωγεσθαι.

And every creeping thing that flieth is unclean unto you: they shall not be eaten.

Παν πτηνον καθαρον θελετε τρωγει.

But of all clean fowls ye may eat.

Ουδεν θνησιμαιον θελετε τρωγει εις τον ξενον τον εντος των πυλων σου θελεις διδει αυτα, δια να τρωγη αυτο η θελεις πωλει αυτο εις αλλογενη διοτι λαος αγιος εισαι εις Κυριον τον Θεον σου. Δεν θελεις εψησει εριφιον εν τω γαλακτι της μητρος αυτου.

Ye shall not eat of any thing that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

Θελεις εξαπαντος δεκατιζει παντα τα γεννηματα του σπορου σου, τα οποια φερει ο αγρος κατ ετος.

Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.

Και θελεις τρωγει ενωπιον Κυριου του Θεου σου, εν τω τοπω οντινα εκλεξη δια να θεση το ονομα αυτου εκει, το δεκατον του σιτου σου, του οινου σου και του ελαιου σου, και τα πρωτοτοκα των βοων σου και των προβατων σου δια να μαθης να φοβησαι παντοτε Κυριον τον Θεον σου.

And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.

Και εαν η οδος ηναι πολυ μακραν δια σε, ωστε να μη δυνασαι να φερης αυτα, η εαν ο τοπος απεχη πολυ απο σου, οντινα εκλεξη Κυριος ο Θεος σου δια να θεση εκει το ονομα αυτου, οτε σε ηυλογησε Κυριος ο Θεος σου,

And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:

τοτε θελεις εξαργυρωσει αυτα, και θελεις κομποδεσει το αργυριον εις την χειρα σου και υπαγει εις τον τοπον οντινα εκλεξη Κυριος ο Θεος σου

Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose:

και θελεις δωσει το αργυριον αντι οποιουδηποτε πραγματος επιθυμει η ψυχη σου, αντι βοων η αντι προβατων η αντι οινου η αντι σικερα η αντι οποιουδηποτε πραγματος ορεγεται η ψυχη σου και θελεις τρωγει εκει ενωπιον Κυριου του Θεου σου, και θελεις ευφρανθη, συ και ο οικος σου

And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,

και ο Λευιτης ο εντος των πυλων σου δεν θελεις εγκαταλειψει αυτον διοτι δεν εχει μεριδα ουδε κληρονομιαν μετα σου.

And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.

Εις το τελος του τριτου ετους, θελεις εκφερει παν το δεκατον των γεννηματων σου του ετους εκεινου, και θελεις εναποθετει εντος των πυλων σου

At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:

και ο Λευιτης, διοτι δεν εχει μεριδα ουδε κληρονομιαν μετα σου, και ο ξενος και ο ορφανος και η χηρα, οιτινες ειναι εντος των πυλων σου, θελουσιν ερχεσθαι και θελουσι τρωγει και χορταινει δια να σε ευλογηση Κυριος ο Θεος σου εις παντα τα εργα της χειρος σου οσα εργαζεσαι.

And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.
