Luke 11

And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

И когато Той се молеше на едно място, като престана, един от Неговите ученици Му каза: Господи, научи ни да се молим, както и Йоан е научил своите ученици.

And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

А Той им каза: Когато се молите, казвайте: Отче (наш, който си на небесата), да се свети Твоето Име; да дойде Твоето царство, (да бъде Твоята воля, както на небето, така и на земята);

Give us day by day our daily bread.

давай ни всеки ден всекидневния ни хляб;

And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

и прости греховете ни, защото и сами ние прощаваме на всеки наш длъжник; и не ни въвеждай в изкушение, (а ни избави от лукавия).

And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;

И им каза: Ако някой от вас има приятел и отиде при него посред нощ и му каже: Приятелю, дай ми назаем три хляба,

For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?

понеже един мой приятел дойде у дома от път и нямам какво да сложа пред него;

And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee.

и ако той отвътре в отговор каже: Не ме безпокой; вратата вече е заключена и аз и децата ми сме си легнали; не мога да стана да ти дам;

I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

казвам ви, че даже ако не стане да му даде, защото му е приятел, то поради неговата настойчивост ще стане и ще му даде, колкото му трябва.

And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

И Аз ви казвам: искайте, и ще ви се даде; търсете, и ще намерите; хлопайте, и ще ви се отвори.

For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Защото всеки, който иска, получава; който търси, намира; и на онзи, който хлопа, ще се отвори.

If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?

И кой е онзи баща между вас, който, ако син му му поиска хляб, ще му даде камък; или ако му поиска риба, ще му даде змия вместо риба;

Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?

или ако поиска яйце, ще му даде скорпион?

If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

И така, ако вие, които сте зли, знаете да давате блага на децата си, колко повече Небесният Отец ще даде Свети Дух на онези, които Го молят!

And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake; and the people wondered.

Веднъж Той изгони един ням демон; и като излезе демонът, немият проговори и множествата се учудиха.

But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.

А някои от тях казаха: Чрез началника на демоните, Веелзевул, изгонва демоните.

And others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven.

А други, изпитвайки Го, искаха от Него знамение от небето.

But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.

Но Той, като знаеше техните мисли, им каза: Всяко царство, разделено само против себе си, запустява; и дом, разделен сам против себе си, пада.

If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.

Също така, ако Сатана се раздели сам против себе си, как ще устои царството му? Понеже казвате, че изгонвам демоните чрез Веелзевул.

And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.

И ако Аз чрез Веелзевул изгонвам демоните, вашите синове чрез кого ги изгонват? Затова те ще ви бъдат съдии.

But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.

Но ако Аз с Божия пръст изгонвам демоните, то Божието царство е дошло до вас.

When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:

Когато силният въоръжен пази двора си, имотът му е в безопасност.

But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.

Но когато един по-силен от него го нападне и му надвие, му взема всичкото оръжие, на което се е надявал, и разделя каквото грабне от него.

He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

Който не е с Мен, той е против Мен; и който не събира заедно с Мен, той разпилява.

When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

Когато нечистият дух излезе от човека, той минава през безводни места и търси спокойствие; и като не намери, казва: Ще се върна в къщата си, откъдето съм излязъл.

And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.

И като дойде, намира я пометена и украсена.

Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

Тогава отива и взема със себе си седем други духа, по-зли от него, и като влязат, живеят там; и последното състояние на онзи човек става по-лошо от първото.

And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

Когато говореше това, една жена от множеството издигна глас и Му каза: Блажена утробата, която Те е носила, и гърдите, от които си сукал!

But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

А Той каза: По-добре кажи: Блажени онези, които слушат Божието слово и го пазят.

And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.

А когато множествата се събираха около Него, започна да казва: Това поколение е зло поколение. Иска знамение, но друго знамение няма да му се даде, освен знамението на (пророк) Йона.

For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.

Защото, както Йона стана знамение за ниневийците, така и Човешкият Син ще бъде за това поколение.

The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

Южната царица ще се яви на съда с мъжете от това поколение и ще ги осъди, защото дойде от краищата на земята да чуе Соломоновата мъдрост; а ето, тук има повече от Соломон.

The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

Ниневийските мъже ще се явят на съда с това поколение и ще го осъдят, защото се покаяха чрез проповедта на Йона; а ето, тук има повече от Йона.

No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.

Никой, като запали светило, не го слага на скрито място, нито под шиника, а на светилника, за да виждат светлината онези, които влизат.

The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

Светило на тялото ти е твоето око. Когато окото ти е чисто, цялото ти тяло е осветено; а когато е зло, и тялото ти е в мрак.

Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.

Затова внимавай, да не би светлината в теб да е тъмнина.

If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

Но ако цялото твое тяло бъде осветено, без да има тъмна част, то цялото ще бъде осветено, както когато светилото те осветява със сиянието си.

And as he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.

Като говореше, един фарисей Го покани да обядва у него; и Той влезе и седна да яде.

And when the Pharisee saw it, he marvelled that he had not first washed before dinner.

А фарисеят се учуди, като видя, че Той не се изми първо преди обяда.

And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.

Но Господ му каза: Сега вие фарисеите чистите външността на чашата и паницата, а вътрешността ви е пълна с грабеж и злина.

Ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?

Безумци! Този, който е направил външното, не е ли направил и вътрешното?

But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.

По-добре давайте милостиня от това, което е в сърцето; и ето, всичко ще ви бъде чисто.

But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

Но горко на вас, фарисеи! Защото давате десятък от джоджена, от седефчето и от всякакъв зеленчук, а пренебрегвате правосъдието и Божията любов. Но тези трябваше да правите, а онези да не пренебрегвате.

Woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye love the uppermost seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the markets.

Горко на вас, фарисеи! Защото обичате първите столове в синагогите и поздравите по пазарите.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them.

Горко на вас, книжници и фарисеи, лицемери! Защото сте като гробове, които не личат, така че хората, които ходят по тях, не знаят.

Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying thou reproachest us also.

И един от законниците в отговор Му каза: Учителю, като казваш това, и нас обиждаш.

And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

А Той каза: Горко и на вас, законниците! Защото товарите хората с бремена, които тежко се носят; а вие самите даже с един пръст не се допирате до бремената.

Woe unto you! for ye build the sepulchres of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.

Горко на вас! Защото градите гробниците на пророците, а бащите ви ги избиха.

Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.

И така, вие свидетелствате за делата на бащите си и се съгласявате с тях; защото те ги избиха, а вие им градите гробниците.

Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:

Затова и Божията премъдрост каза: Ще им изпращам пророци и апостоли; и някои от тях ще убият и изгонят,

That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;

за да се изиска от това поколение кръвта на всичките пророци, която е проливана от създаването на света –

From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias, which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.

от кръвта на Авел до кръвта на Захария, който загина между олтара и дома. Да, казвам ви, ще се изиска от това поколение.

Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.

Горко на вас, законници! Защото отнехте ключа на познанието: сами вие не влязохте и на тези, които искат да влязат, попречихте.

And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:

И като излезе оттам, книжниците и фарисеите започнаха яростно да Го преследват и да Го предизвикват да говори за още много неща,

Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him.

като Го дебнеха, за да уловят нещо от думите Му, за което да Го обвинят.
