Acts 15

And certain men which came down from Judæa taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.

А някои слязоха от Юдея и учеха братята: Ако не се обрежете според Мойсеевия обред, не можете да се спасите.

When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question.

И когато се получи доста голямо разногласие и спор между тях и Павел и Варнава, наредиха Павел и Варнава, и някои други от тях да се изкачат за този въпрос в Ерусалим, при апостолите и старейшините.

And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren.

И така, изпратени от църквата, те минаваха през Финикия и през Самария, като разказваха за обръщането на езичниците и доставяха голяма радост на всичките братя.

And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them.

А като стигнаха в Ерусалим, бяха приети от църквата и от апостолите и старейшините и разказаха всичко, което Бог беше извършил с тях.

But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.

Тогава станаха някои от сектата на фарисеите, които бяха повярвали, и казаха: Трябва да се обрязват и да им се поръча да пазят Мойсеевия закон.

And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.

И апостолите и старейшините се събраха да разискват този въпрос.

And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

И след едно дълго съвместно разискване Петър стана и им каза: Братя, вие знаете, че преди доста време Бог избра между вас мен, така че чрез моите уста езичниците да чуят словото на благовестието и да повярват.

And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;

И Сърцеведецът Бог им засвидетелства, като даде и на тях Светия Дух, както и на нас;

And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

и не направи никаква разлика между нас и тях, като очисти сърцата им чрез вяра.

Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?

И така, сега, защо изкушавате Бога, за да налагате на шията на учениците ярем, който нито бащите ни, нито ние можем да носим?

But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

Но ние вярваме, че ще се спасим чрез благодатта на Господ Иисус, също както и те.

Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them.

Тогава цялото множество млъкна и слушаше Варнава и Павел, които разказваха какви знамения и чудеса Бог беше извършил чрез тях между езичниците.

And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me:

И след като те свършиха да говорят, Яков взе думата и каза: Братя, послушайте мен.

Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.

Симон обясни как Бог най-напред посети езичниците, за да вземе измежду тях народ за Своето Име.

And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,

С това са съгласни и думите на пророците, както е писано:

After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:

?След това ще се върна и пак ще издигна падналата Давидова скиния, и пак ще издигна развалините й, и ще я изправя;

That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things.

за да потърсят Господа останалите от хората и всичките народи, които се наричат с Името Ми,

Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.

казва Господ, който прави това, което е известно от вековете.“

Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:

Затова аз съм на мнение да не създаваме трудности на тези измежду езичниците, които се обръщат към Бога,

But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

а да им пишем да се въздържат от осквернения чрез идоли, чрез блудство и чрез яденето на удушено и кръв.

For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.

Защото още от старо време по всичките градове е имало такива, които са проповядвали Мойсеевия закон, който се прочита всяка събота в синагогите.

Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren:

Тогава апостолите и старейшините, с цялата църква, намериха за добре да изберат помежду си мъже и да ги пратят в Антиохия с Павел и Варнава, а именно: Юда, който се наричаше и Варсава, и Сила – водители между братята.

And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia:

И по тях написаха следното: От братята апостоли и старейшини поздрав до братята, които са от езичниците в Антиохия, Сирия и Киликия.

Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

Понеже чухме, че някои, които са излезли от нас, са ви разтревожили с думите си и са смутили душите ви, (като ви казват да се обрязвате и да пазите закона), без да са приели заповед от нас,

It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

то ние, като дойдохме до единодушие, намерихме за добре да изберем мъже и да ги изпратим до вас заедно с възлюбените ни Варнава и Павел,

Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

хора, които рискуваха живота си за Името на нашия Господ Иисус Христос.

We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth.

И така, изпращаме Юда и Сила, които ще ви съобщят устно същите неща.

For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;

Защото се видя добре на Светия Дух и на нас да не ви налагаме никакво друго бреме, освен следните необходими неща:

That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

да се въздържате от ядене на идоложертвено, кръв и удушено, и от блудство; от които, ако се пазите, ще направите добре. Здравейте!

So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle:

И така, изпратените пристигнаха в Антиохия и като събраха множеството, предадоха писмото.

Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.

И те, като го прочетоха, се зарадваха за успокоението.

And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them.

А Юда и Сила, които и сами бяха пророци, увещаха братята с много думи и ги утвърдиха.

And after they had tarried there a space, they were let go in peace from the brethren unto the apostles.

И след като преседяха известно време, братята ги оставиха с мир да се върнат при онези, които ги бяха изпратили.

Notwithstanding it pleased Silas to abide there still.

(Но Сила намери за добре да остане още там.)

Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.

А Павел и Варнава останаха в Антиохия, като поучаваха и благовестяваха Господното слово заедно с много други.

And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they do.

А след няколко дни Павел каза на Варнава: Да се върнем сега по всички градове, където сме проповядвали Господното слово, и да видим как са братята.

And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark.

А Варнава беше на мнение да вземат със себе си Йоан, който се наричаше и Марк;

But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work.

но Павел не намираше за добре да вземат със себе си този, който се бе отделил от тях от Памфилия и не отиде с тях на делото.

And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus;

И възникна огорчение (между тях), така че те се разделиха един от друг; и Варнава взе Марк и отплаваха за Кипър;

And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.

а Павел си избра Сила и тръгна, препоръчан от братята на Господната благодат.

And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches.

И минаваше през Сирия и Киликия и утвърждаваше църквите.
