Jeremiah 51

Така казва ГОСПОД: Ето, Аз надигам разрушителен вятър против Вавилон и против онези, които живеят в сърцето на надигналите се против Мен.

Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will raise up against Babylon, and against them that dwell in the midst of them that rise up against me, a destroying wind;

И ще изпратя върху Вавилон веячи, които ще го отвеят и ще изпразнят земята му, защото ще бъдат отвред против него в деня на нещастието.

And will send unto Babylon fanners, that shall fan her, and shall empty her land: for in the day of trouble they shall be against her round about.

Стрелец срещу стрелец да опъва лъка си и срещу онзи, който се надига в бронята си! И не жалете младежите му, изпълнете проклятието над цялата му войска!

Against him that bendeth let the archer bend his bow, and against him that lifteth himself up in his brigandine: and spare ye not her young men; destroy ye utterly all her host.

И ще паднат убити в халдейската земя и прободени по улиците й.

Thus the slain shall fall in the land of the Chaldeans, and they that are thrust through in her streets.

Защото не е овдовял Израил, нито Юда от своя Бог, от ГОСПОДА на Войнствата, въпреки че земята им е пълна с беззаконие против Светия Израилев.

For Israel hath not been forsaken, nor Judah of his God, of the LORD of hosts; though their land was filled with sin against the Holy One of Israel.

Бягайте отсред Вавилон и отървете всеки живота си, не погивайте в беззаконието му! Защото е времето на отмъщението на ГОСПОДА, Той му отплаща заслуженото му.

Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of the LORD'S vengeance; he will render unto her a recompence.

Вавилон беше златна чаша в ръката на ГОСПОДА, която опиваше цялата земя. Народите пиха от виното му, затова народите обезумяха.

Babylon hath been a golden cup in the LORD'S hand, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad.

Внезапно падна Вавилон и беше разрушен — ридайте за него! Вземете балсам за болката му, може би ще се излекува.

Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed.

Лекувахме Вавилон, но не се излекува. Оставете го и нека отидем всеки в земята си, защото присъдата му стигна до небето и до облаците се издигна.

We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up even to the skies.

ГОСПОД изяви правдата ни. Елате, нека разкажем в Сион делото на ГОСПОДА, своя Бог.

The LORD hath brought forth our righteousness: come, and let us declare in Zion the work of the LORD our God.

Наострете стрелите, хванете щитовете! ГОСПОД подбуди духа на мидийските царе, защото намерението Му е против Вавилон, да го изтреби; понеже това е отмъщението на ГОСПОДА, отмъщението на Неговия храм.

Make bright the arrows; gather the shields: the LORD hath raised up the spirit of the kings of the Medes: for his device is against Babylon, to destroy it; because it is the vengeance of the LORD, the vengeance of his temple.

Издигнете знаме против стените на Вавилон, усилете стражата, поставете стражи, пригответе засади! Защото ГОСПОД и намисли, и ще извърши онова, което говори против вавилонските жители.

Set up the standard upon the walls of Babylon, make the watch strong, set up the watchmen, prepare the ambushes: for the LORD hath both devised and done that which he spake against the inhabitants of Babylon.

О ти, който живееш край много води и изобилстваш със съкровища, краят ти дойде, мярката на грабежа ти.

O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, and the measure of thy covetousness.

ГОСПОД на Войнствата се закле в Себе Си: Аз те напълних с хора като скакалци и те ще надигнат вик против теб.

The LORD of hosts hath sworn by himself, saying, Surely I will fill thee with men, as with caterpillers; and they shall lift up a shout against thee.

Той направи земята със силата Си, утвърди света с мъдростта Си и с разума Си разпростря небесата.

He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding.

Когато издава гласа Си, се умножават водите на небето и издига пари от краищата на земята. Прави светкавици за дъжд и извежда вятър от съкровищата Си.

When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens; and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth: he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

Всеки човек е твърде глупав в познанието си; всеки златар се посрамва от изваяния идол, защото изляното от него е лъжа и няма дух в тях.

Every man is brutish by his knowledge; every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.

Суета са те, дело на заблуда, във времето на наказанието си ще погинат.

They are vanity, the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish.

Делът на Яков не е като тези, защото той е образувал всичко, и племето на наследството Си; ГОСПОД на Войнствата е Името Му.

The portion of Jacob is not like them; for he is the former of all things: and Israel is the rod of his inheritance: the LORD of hosts is his name.

Ти си Ми бойна секира, оръжие за бой и ще разбия чрез теб народи, и ще погубя царства чрез теб.

Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms;

И ще разбия чрез теб кон и ездача му, и ще разбия чрез теб колесница и водача й.

And with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider;

И ще разбия чрез теб мъж и жена, и ще разбия чрез теб стар и млад, и ще разбия чрез теб младеж и девица.

With thee also will I break in pieces man and woman; and with thee will I break in pieces old and young; and with thee will I break in pieces the young man and the maid;

И ще разбия чрез теб овчар и стадото му, и ще разбия чрез теб земеделеца и впряга му, и ще разбия чрез теб управител и началник.

I will also break in pieces with thee the shepherd and his flock; and with thee will I break in pieces the husbandman and his yoke of oxen; and with thee will I break in pieces captains and rulers.

И ще отплатя на Вавилон и на всичките халдейски жители за цялото зло, което сториха на Сион, пред очите ви, заявява ГОСПОД.

And I will render unto Babylon and to all the inhabitants of Chaldea all their evil that they have done in Zion in your sight, saith the LORD.

Ето, Аз съм против теб, гибелна планина, заявява ГОСПОД, която погубваш цялата земя! Ще простра ръката Си против теб и ще те изтърколя от скалите, и ще те направя изгорена планина.

Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain.

И няма да вземат от теб нито камък за ъгъл, нито камък за основи, а ще бъдеш вечна пустош, заявява ГОСПОД.

And they shall not take of thee a stone for a corner, nor a stone for foundations; but thou shalt be desolate for ever, saith the LORD.

Издигнете знаме в земята, затръбете между народите! Отделете против нея народи, свикайте против нея царствата Арарат, Мини и Асханаз! Поставете над нея уредник, докарайте коне като бодливи скакалци.

Set ye up a standard in the land, blow the trumpet among the nations, prepare the nations against her, call together against her the kingdoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashchenaz; appoint a captain against her; cause the horses to come up as the rough caterpillers.

Отделете против нея народи, мидийските царе, управителите им, всичките им началници и цялата подвластна на тях земя.

Prepare against her the nations with the kings of the Medes, the captains thereof, and all the rulers thereof, and all the land of his dominion.

Земята се тресе и се мъчи, защото ще се изпълнят намеренията на ГОСПОДА против Вавилон да направи вавилонската земя пустош без жители.

And the land shall tremble and sorrow: for every purpose of the LORD shall be performed against Babylon, to make the land of Babylon a desolation without an inhabitant.

Силните на Вавилон спряха да воюват, останаха в укрепленията си, силата им пресъхна, станаха като жени. Запалиха жилищата й, резетата й са строшени.

The mighty men of Babylon have forborn to fight, they have remained in their holds: their might hath failed; they became as women: they have burned her dwellingplaces; her bars are broken.

Бързоходец тича да посрещне бързоходец и вестител — да посрещне вестител, за да известят на вавилонския цар, че градът му е превзет от всеки край,

One post shall run to meet another, and one messenger to meet another, to shew the king of Babylon that his city is taken at one end,

и бродовете са завзети с изненада, тръстиките — изгорени с огън, а воините — разтреперени.

And that the passages are stopped, and the reeds they have burned with fire, and the men of war are affrighted.

Защото така казва ГОСПОД на Войнствата, Израилевият Бог: Вавилонската дъщеря е като харман във времето на вършитбата му; още малко и ще дойде времето на жетвата й.

For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter of Babylon is like a threshingfloor, it is time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come.

Вавилонският цар Навуходоносор ме изяде, унищожи ме, направи ме празен съд, погълна ме като морско чудовище, напълни корема си с моите сладости и ме отхвърли.

Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon hath devoured me, he hath crushed me, he hath made me an empty vessel, he hath swallowed me up like a dragon, he hath filled his belly with my delicates, he hath cast me out.

Насилието върху мен и моя род да бъде върху Вавилон, ще каже жителката на Сион. И кръвта ми — върху жителите на Халдея, ще каже Ерусалим.

The violence done to me and to my flesh be upon Babylon, shall the inhabitant of Zion say; and my blood upon the inhabitants of Chaldea, shall Jerusalem say.

Затова, така казва ГОСПОД: Ето, Аз ще защитя делото ти и ще отмъстя отмъщението ти. Ще направя морето му пустош и ще пресуша извора му,

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will plead thy cause, and take vengeance for thee; and I will dry up her sea, and make her springs dry.

Вавилон ще стане грамади, жилище на чакали, за смайване и подсвиркване, без жител.

And Babylon shall become heaps, a dwellingplace for dragons, an astonishment, and an hissing, without an inhabitant.

Заедно ще реват като млади лъвове, ще ръмжат като малките на лъвицата.

They shall roar together like lions: they shall yell as lions' whelps.

Когато се разгорещят, Аз ще им направя пиршество и ще ги опия, за да се развеселят и да заспят вечен сън, от който да не се събудят, заявява ГОСПОД.

In their heat I will make their feasts, and I will make them drunken, that they may rejoice, and sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the LORD.

Ще ги сваля като агнета за клане, като овни заедно с козли.

I will bring them down like lambs to the slaughter, like rams with he goats.

Как се превзе Сесах и се завладя славата на цялата земя! Как стана Вавилон за смайване между народите!

How is Sheshach taken! and how is the praise of the whole earth surprised! how is Babylon become an astonishment among the nations!

Морето се надигна против Вавилон, той беше покрит от бушуването на вълните му.

The sea is come up upon Babylon: she is covered with the multitude of the waves thereof.

Градовете му станаха пустош, земя суха и непроходима, земя, в която не живее никой и човек не минава през нея.

Her cities are a desolation, a dry land, and a wilderness, a land wherein no man dwelleth, neither doth any son of man pass thereby.

И ще накажа Вил във Вавилон и ще извадя от устата му това, което е погълнал. И няма вече да се стичат народи при него. И стената на Вавилон също падна.

And I will punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he hath swallowed up: and the nations shall not flow together any more unto him: yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall.

Излезте отсред него, народе Мой, и спасете всеки живота си от пламтящия гняв на ГОСПОДА!

My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver ye every man his soul from the fierce anger of the LORD.

Да не отпада сърцето ви и да не се уплашите от вестта, която ще се чуе в земята; защото една година идва вест, а в годината след нея — пак вест; и насилие на земята, властник срещу властник.

And lest your heart faint, and ye fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land; a rumour shall both come one year, and after that in another year shall come a rumour, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.

Затова, ето, идват дни, когато ще извърша съд над изваяните идоли на Вавилон и цялата му земя ще се посрами и всичките му убити ще паднат сред него.

Therefore, behold, the days come, that I will do judgment upon the graven images of Babylon: and her whole land shall be confounded, and all her slain shall fall in the midst of her.

Тогава небесата и земята и всичко в тях ще пеят от радост над Вавилон, защото от север ще дойдат против него опустошителите, заявява ГОСПОД.

Then the heaven and the earth, and all that is therein, shall sing for Babylon: for the spoilers shall come unto her from the north, saith the LORD.

Както Вавилон повали убитите на Израил, така и на Вавилон убитите ще паднат по цялата земя.

As Babylon hath caused the slain of Israel to fall, so at Babylon shall fall the slain of all the earth.

Вие, избегнали от меча, идете, не стойте. Спомнете си ГОСПОДА отдалеч и Ерусалим нека дойде в сърцето ви!

Ye that have escaped the sword, go away, stand not still: remember the LORD afar off, and let Jerusalem come into your mind.

Засрамихме се, защото чухме присмех; позор покри лицето ни, понеже чужденци влязоха в светилищата на дома ГОСПОДЕН.

We are confounded, because we have heard reproach: shame hath covered our faces: for strangers are come into the sanctuaries of the LORD'S house.

Затова, ето, идват дни, заявява ГОСПОД, когато ще извърша съд над изваяните му идоли и по цялата му земя ще стенат смъртно ранени.

Wherefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will do judgment upon her graven images: and through all her land the wounded shall groan.

И до небето да се изкачеше Вавилон и да утвърдеше нависоко силата си, от Мен ще му дойдат погубители, заявява ГОСПОД.

Though Babylon should mount up to heaven, and though she should fortify the height of her strength, yet from me shall spoilers come unto her, saith the LORD.

Глас на вик от Вавилон и на голямо разрушение от халдейската земя!

A sound of a cry cometh from Babylon, and great destruction from the land of the Chaldeans:

Защото ГОСПОД унищожава Вавилон и премахва от него големия шум; и вълните им бучат като много води, екотът на гласа им кънти.

Because the LORD hath spoiled Babylon, and destroyed out of her the great voice; when her waves do roar like great waters, a noise of their voice is uttered:

Защото погубителят дойде върху него, върху Вавилон, и силните му са заловени, лъковете им — строшени, защото ГОСПОД е Бог на отплатата, непременно ще отплати.

Because the spoiler is come upon her, even upon Babylon, and her mighty men are taken, every one of their bows is broken: for the LORD God of recompences shall surely requite.

Аз ще опия първенците му и мъдреците му, управителите му, началниците му и силните му, и ще заспят вечен сън, и няма да се събудят, заявява Царят, ГОСПОД на Войнствата е Името Му.

And I will make drunk her princes, and her wise men, her captains, and her rulers, and her mighty men: and they shall sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the King, whose name is the LORD of hosts.

Така казва ГОСПОД на Войнствата: Широките стени на Вавилон ще се сринат напълно и високите му порти с огън ще се изгорят. И народите се трудят напразно, и племената — за огъня; и ще им прималее.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The broad walls of Babylon shall be utterly broken, and her high gates shall be burned with fire; and the people shall labour in vain, and the folk in the fire, and they shall be weary.

Словото, което пророк Еремия заповяда на Сарая, сина на Нирия, син на Маасия, когато отиваше с юдовия цар Седекия във Вавилон в четвъртата година от царуването му. А Сарая беше началник на покоите.

The word which Jeremiah the prophet commanded Seraiah the son of Neriah, the son of Maaseiah, when he went with Zedekiah the king of Judah into Babylon in the fourth year of his reign. And this Seraiah was a quiet prince.

И Еремия написа в една книга всичките злини, които щяха да сполетят Вавилон, всички тези думи, написани против Вавилон.

So Jeremiah wrote in a book all the evil that should come upon Babylon, even all these words that are written against Babylon.

И Еремия каза на Сарая: Когато отидеш във Вавилон, гледай да прочетеш всички тези думи.

And Jeremiah said to Seraiah, When thou comest to Babylon, and shalt see, and shalt read all these words;

И кажи: ГОСПОДИ, Ти си говорил против това място, че ще го отсечеш, да няма в него жител, нито човек, нито животно, а да е вечна пустош!

Then shalt thou say, O LORD, thou hast spoken against this place, to cut it off, that none shall remain in it, neither man nor beast, but that it shall be desolate for ever.

И когато свършиш да четеш тази книга, вържи на нея камък и я хвърли сред Ефрат.

And it shall be, when thou hast made an end of reading this book, that thou shalt bind a stone to it, and cast it into the midst of Euphrates:

И кажи: Така ще потъне Вавилон и няма да се издигне поради злото, което Аз ще докарам върху него; и ще им прималее. Дотук са думите на Еремия.

And thou shalt say, Thus shall Babylon sink, and shall not rise from the evil that I will bring upon her: and they shall be weary. Thus far are the words of Jeremiah.
