Psalms 116

AMO á JEHOVÁ, pues ha oído Mi voz y mis súplicas.

I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.

Porque ha inclinado á mí su oído, Invocaré le por tanto en todos mis días.

Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.

Rodeáronme los dolores de la muerte, Me encontraron las angustias del sepulcro: Angustia y dolor había yo hallado.

The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.

Entonces invoqué el nombre de JEHOVÁ, diciendo: Libra ahora, oh JEHOVÁ, mi alma.

Then called I upon the name of the LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

Clemente es JEHOVÁ y justo; Sí, misericordioso es nuestro Dios.

Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.

JEHOVÁ guarda á los sinceros: Estaba yo postrado, y salvóme.

The LORD preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me.

Vuelve, oh alma mía, á tu reposo; Porque JEHOVÁ te ha hecho bien.

Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee.

Pues tú has librado mi alma de la muerte, Mis ojos de lágrimas, Y mis pies de desbarrar.

For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.

Andaré delante de JEHOVÁ En la tierra de los vivientes.

I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.

Creí; por tanto hablé, Estando afligido en gran manera.

I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:

Y dije en mi apresuramiento: Todo hombre es mentiroso.

I said in my haste, All men are liars.

¿Qué pagaré á JEHOVÁ Por todos sus beneficios para conmigo?

What shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me?

Tomaré la copa de la salud, É invocaré el nombre de JEHOVÁ.

I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.

Ahora pagaré mis votos á JEHOVÁ Delante de todo su pueblo.

I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.

Estimada es en los ojos de JEHOVÁ La muerte de sus santos.

Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

Oh JEHOVÁ, que yo soy tu siervo, Yo tu siervo, hijo de tu sierva: Rompiste mis prisiones.

O LORD, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.

Te ofreceré sacrificio de alabanza, É invocaré el nombre de JEHOVÁ.

I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.

Á JEHOVÁ pagaré ahora mis votos Delante de todo su pueblo;

I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people,

En los atrios de la casa de JEHOVÁ, En medio de ti, oh Jerusalem. Aleluya.

In the courts of the LORD'S house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.
