John 2

And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:

На третия ден имаше сватба в Кана Галилейска и майката на Иисус беше там.

And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.

И Иисус и учениците Му бяха поканени на сватбата.

And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.

И когато се свърши виното, майката на Иисус Му каза: Вино нямат.

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

А Иисус й каза: Какво има между Мен и теб, жено? Часът Ми още не е дошъл.

His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

Майка Му каза на слугите: Каквото ви каже, направете.

And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.

А там имаше шест каменни делви, поставени по обичая на юдейското очистване, които побираха по две или три мери.

Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

Иисус им каза: Напълнете делвите с вода. И те ги напълниха догоре.

And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.

Тогава им каза: Налейте сега и занесете на настойника на угощението. И те занесоха.

When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

И когато настойникът на угощението вкуси от водата, сега превърната на вино, и не знаеше откъде беше – но слугите, които бяха напълнили водата, знаеха – настойникът на угощението повика младоженеца и му каза:

And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

Всеки човек слага първо доброто вино, а по-долното – след като се понапият; ти си задържал доброто вино досега!

This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

Това извърши Иисус в Кана Галилейска като начало на знаменията Си и яви славата Си; и учениците Му повярваха в Него.

After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days.

След това слезе в Капернаум – Той и майка Му, братята Му и учениците Му; и преседяха там не много дни.

And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,

И като наближаваше Пасхата на юдеите, Иисус се изкачи към Ерусалим.

And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:

И намери в храма продавачите на волове, овце и гълъби и тези, които седяха и разменяха пари;

And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;

и като направи бич от върви, изпъди всички от храма, както и овцете и воловете; изсипа парите на тези, които разменяха пари, и прекатури масите им;

And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.

а на тези, които продаваха гълъбите, каза: Махнете ги оттук и не правете Бащиния Ми дом дом за търговия.

And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.

Тогава учениците Му си спомниха, че е писано: ?Ревността за Твоя дом ще Ме изяде.“

Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?

Юдеите отговориха на това, като казаха: Какво знамение ще ни покажеш, тъй като правиш това?

Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

В отговор Иисус им каза: Разрушете този храм и за три дни ще го издигна.

Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?

Тогава юдеите казаха: Този храм е бил граден четиридесет и шест години, и Ти ли за три дни ще го издигнеш?

But he spake of the temple of his body.

Но Той говореше за храма на тялото Си.

When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

И така, когато беше възкресен от мъртвите, учениците Му си спомниха, че беше казал това; и повярваха на Писанието и на думата, която Иисус беше говорил.

Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.

И когато беше в Ерусалим на Пасхата, по време на празника мнозина повярваха в Неговото Име, като гледаха знаменията, които вършеше.

But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men,

Но Иисус не им се доверяваше, защото познаваше всичките хора

And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

и защото Той нямаше нужда да Му свидетелства някой за човека, понеже Сам знаеше какво има в човека.
