I Kings 6

И в четиристотин и осемдесетата година след излизането на израилевите синове от египетската земя, в четвъртата година от царуването на Соломон над Израил, в месец Зив, който е вторият месец, той започна да строи ГОСПОДНИЯ дом.

And it came to pass in the four hundred and eightieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon's reign over Israel, in the month Zif, which is the second month, that he began to build the house of the LORD.

А домът, който цар Соломон построи за ГОСПОДА, беше дълъг шестдесет лакътя, широк двадесет и висок тридесет лакътя.

And the house which king Solomon built for the LORD, the length thereof was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof twenty cubits, and the height thereof thirty cubits.

А предверната зала пред храмовата зала на дома беше дълга двадесет лакътя пред ширината на дома, и широка десет лакътя пред дома.

And the porch before the temple of the house, twenty cubits was the length thereof, according to the breadth of the house; and ten cubits was the breadth thereof before the house.

И той направи за дома затворени решетъчни прозорци.

And for the house he made windows of narrow lights.

А наоколо по стените на дома построи пристройки, по стените на дома около храмовата зала и вътрешната зала; и направи странични помещения наоколо.

And against the wall of the house he built chambers round about, against the walls of the house round about, both of the temple and of the oracle: and he made chambers round about:

Долната пристройка беше широка пет лакътя, средната беше широка шест лакътя, а третата беше широка седем лакътя; защото отвън той направи отстъпи на дома, за да не се навлиза в стените на дома.

The nethermost chamber was five cubits broad, and the middle was six cubits broad, and the third was seven cubits broad: for without in the wall of the house he made narrowed rests round about, that the beams should not be fastened in the walls of the house.

И при строежа на дома той се строеше с камъни, издялани на кариерата, така че в дома не се чу нито чук, нито длето, нито какъвто и да е железен инструмент, докато се строеше.

And the house, when it was in building, was built of stone made ready before it was brought thither: so that there was neither hammer nor axe nor any tool of iron heard in the house, while it was in building.

Входът за средните странични помещения беше от дясната страна на дома и по вити стълби се изкачваха до средния етаж, а от средния — до третия.

The door for the middle chamber was in the right side of the house: and they went up with winding stairs into the middle chamber, and out of the middle into the third.

Така той построи дома и го завърши и покри дома с кедрови греди и талпи.

So he built the house, and finished it; and covered the house with beams and boards of cedar.

Построи и пристройките към целия дом, високи по пет лакътя; те се държаха за дома с кедрови греди.

And then he built chambers against all the house, five cubits high: and they rested on the house with timber of cedar.

Тогава ГОСПОДНОТО слово беше към Соломон и каза:

And the word of the LORD came to Solomon, saying,

Относно този дом, който строиш, знай, че ако ходиш в наредбите Ми и изпълняваш правилата Ми, и пазиш всичките Ми заповеди, като ходиш в тях, Аз ще утвърдя с теб словото Си, което говорих на баща ти Давид;

Concerning this house which thou art in building, if thou wilt walk in my statutes, and execute my judgments, and keep all my commandments to walk in them; then will I perform my word with thee, which I spake unto David thy father:

и ще обитавам сред израилевите синове и няма да оставя народа Си Израил.

And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will not forsake my people Israel.

И Соломон построи дома и го завърши.

So Solomon built the house, and finished it.

И изгради стените на дома отвътре с кедрови дъски, облицова ги с дърво от пода на дома до стените на тавана, а пода на дома покри с кипарисови дъски.

And he built the walls of the house within with boards of cedar, both the floor of the house, and the walls of the cieling: and he covered them on the inside with wood, and covered the floor of the house with planks of fir.

И изгради двадесетте лакътя в задната част на дома с кедрови дъски от пода до стените; изгради му ги отвътре за вътрешна зала, за Пресвятото място.

And he built twenty cubits on the sides of the house, both the floor and the walls with boards of cedar: he even built them for it within, even for the oracle, even for the most holy place.

А домът, храмовата зала отпред, беше четиридесет лакътя.

And the house, that is, the temple before it, was forty cubits long.

А кедровото дърво отвътре на дома беше покрито с дърворезба от цветни пъпки и цъфнали цветя; всичко беше от кедрово дърво, камък не се виждаше.

And the cedar of the house within was carved with knops and open flowers: all was cedar; there was no stone seen.

И той приготви вътрешната зала във вътрешната част на дома, за да постави там ковчега на ГОСПОДНИЯ завет.

And the oracle he prepared in the house within, to set there the ark of the covenant of the LORD.

И предната част на вътрешната зала беше дълга двадесет лакътя, широка двадесет лакътя и висока двадесет лакътя; и той я обкова с чисто злато. Обкова и кедровия олтар.

And the oracle in the forepart was twenty cubits in length, and twenty cubits in breadth, and twenty cubits in the height thereof: and he overlaid it with pure gold; and so covered the altar which was of cedar.

И Соломон обкова дома отвътре с чисто злато. И прекара златни верижки отпред пред вътрешната зала и я обкова със злато.

So Solomon overlaid the house within with pure gold: and he made a partition by the chains of gold before the oracle; and he overlaid it with gold.

Обкова със злато целия дом, докато завърши целия дом. Обкова със злато и целия олтар, който принадлежи на вътрешната зала.

And the whole house he overlaid with gold, until he had finished all the house: also the whole altar that was by the oracle he overlaid with gold.

А във вътрешната зала направи два херувима от маслиново дърво, високи десет лакътя.

And within the oracle he made two cherubims of olive tree, each ten cubits high.

Едното крило на херувима беше пет лакътя и другото крило на херувима — пет лакътя; всичко десет лакътя от единия край на крилете до края на другия край на крилете.

And five cubits was the one wing of the cherub, and five cubits the other wing of the cherub: from the uttermost part of the one wing unto the uttermost part of the other were ten cubits.

Десет лакътя беше и другият херувим; двата херувима имаха една и съща мярка и една и съща форма.

And the other cherub was ten cubits: both the cherubims were of one measure and one size.

Височината на единия херувим беше десет лакътя, и също и на другия херувим.

The height of the one cherub was ten cubits, and so was it of the other cherub.

И той постави херувимите в средата на вътрешния дом; и крилете на херувимите бяха разперени, така че крилото на единия докосваше едната стена, а крилото на другия херувим докосваше другата стена. И крилете им се докосваха в средата на дома, крило до крило.

And he set the cherubims within the inner house: and they stretched forth the wings of the cherubims, so that the wing of the one touched the one wall, and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the midst of the house.

И той обкова херувимите със злато.

And he overlaid the cherubims with gold.

И на всичките стени на дома отвсякъде изряза дърворезби на херувими, палми и цъфнали цветя, отвътре и отвън.

And he carved all the walls of the house round about with carved figures of cherubims and palm trees and open flowers, within and without.

И обкова пода на дома със злато отвътре и отвън.

And the floor of the house he overlaid with gold, within and without.

За входа на вътрешната зала направи врати от маслиново дърво; горният праг и стълбовете на вратата бяха петоъгълни.

And for the entering of the oracle he made doors of olive tree: the lintel and side posts were a fifth part of the wall.

И двете врати бяха от маслиново дърво и върху тях изряза дърворезби на херувими, палми и цъфнали цветя, и ги обкова със злато, и позлати херувимите и палмите.

The two doors also were of olive tree; and he carved upon them carvings of cherubims and palm trees and open flowers, and overlaid them with gold, and spread gold upon the cherubims, and upon the palm trees.

Така и за входа на храма направи четириъгълни стълбове на вратата от маслиново дърво,

So also made he for the door of the temple posts of olive tree, a fourth part of the wall.

и две врати от кипарисово дърво; двете крила на едната врата се въртяха и двете крила на другата врата се въртяха.

And the two doors were of fir tree: the two leaves of the one door were folding, and the two leaves of the other door were folding.

И той изряза на тях херувими, палми и цъфнали цветя, и ги обкова със злато, нанесено равномерно върху дърворезбата.

And he carved thereon cherubims and palm trees and open flowers: and covered them with gold fitted upon the carved work.

И построи вътрешния двор с три реда дялани камъни и един ред кедрови греди.

And he built the inner court with three rows of hewed stone, and a row of cedar beams.

В четвъртата година, в месец Зив, основата на ГОСПОДНИЯ дом беше положена,

In the fourth year was the foundation of the house of the LORD laid, in the month Zif:

а в единадесетата година, в месец Вул, който е осмият месец, домът беше завършен във всичките си части и според всичките си планове. Така, за седем години, той го построи.

And in the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month, was the house finished throughout all the parts thereof, and according to all the fashion of it. So was he seven years in building it.
