I Chronicles 3

Dette var Davids sønner som han fikk i Hebron: Den førstefødte, Amnon, fikk han med Akinoam fra Jisre'el; den annen, Daniel, med Abiga'il fra Karmel;

Now these were the sons of David, which were born unto him in Hebron; the firstborn Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess:

den tredje, Absalom, var sønn av Ma'aka, en datter av kongen i Gesur Talmai; den fjerde, Adonja, var sønn av Haggit;

The third, Absalom the son of Maachah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur: the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith:

den femte, Sefatja, fikk han med Abital; den sjette, Jitream, med sin hustru Egla.

The fifth, Shephatiah of Abital: the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife.

Disse seks fikk han i Hebron; der regjerte han i syv år og seks måneder, og i tre og tretti år regjerte han i Jerusalem.

These six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.

Dette er de sønner han fikk i Jerusalem: Simea og Sobab og Natan og Salomo - disse fire fikk han med Batsua, Ammiels datter -

And these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bath–shua the daughter of Ammiel:

og Jibhar og Elisama og Elifelet

Ibhar also, and Elishama, and Eliphelet,

og Nogah og Nefeg og Jafia

And Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,

og Elisama og Eljada og Elifelet, ni i tallet.

And Elishama, and Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.

Alle disse var Davids sønner foruten de sønner han fikk med sine medhustruer; og Tamar var deres søster.

These were all the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.

Og Salomos sønn var Rehabeam; hans sønn Abia; hans sønn Asa; hans sønn Josafat;

And Solomon's son was Rehoboam, Abia his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,

hans sønn Joram; hans sønn Akasja; hans sønn Joas,

Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,

hans sønn Amasja; hans sønn Asarja; hans sønn Jotam;

Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,

hans sønn Akas; hans sønn Esekias; hans sønn Manasse;

Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,

hans sønn Amon; hans sønn Josias.

Amon his son, Josiah his son.

Og Josias' sønner var Johanan, som var hans førstefødte sønn, Jojakim, hans annen sønn, Sedekias, den tredje, Sallum, den fjerde.

And the sons of Josiah were, the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.

Og Jojakims sønner var hans sønn Jekonja og hans sønn Sedekias.

And the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.

Og den fangne Jekonjas sønner var hans sønn Sealtiel

And the sons of Jeconiah; Assir, Salathiel his son,

og Malkiram og Pedaja og Senassar, Jekamja, Hosama og Nedabja.

Malchiram also, and Pedaiah, and Shenazar, Jecamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.

Og Pedajas sønner var Serubabel og Sime'i; og Serubabels sønner var Mesullam og Hananja - deres søster var Selomit -

And the sons of Pedaiah were, Zerubbabel, and Shimei: and the sons of Zerubbabel; Meshullam, and Hananiah, and Shelomith their sister:

og Hasuba og Ohel og Berekja, Hasadja og Jusab-Hesed, fem i tallet.

And Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushab–hesed, five.

Og Hananjas sønner var Pelatja og Jesaja, Refajas sønner, Arnans sønner, Obadjas sønner og Sekanjas sønner.

And the sons of Hananiah; Pelatiah, and Jesaiah: the sons of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Obadiah, the sons of Shechaniah.

Og Sekanjas sønn var Semaja; og Semajas sønner var Hattus og Jigal og Bariah og Nearja og Safat, seks i tallet.

And the sons of Shechaniah; Shemaiah: and the sons of Shemaiah; Hattush, and Igeal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.

Og Nearjas sønner var Eljoenai og Hiskia og Asrikam, tre i tallet.

And the sons of Neariah; Elioenai, and Hezekiah, and Azrikam, three.

Og Eljoenais sønner var Hodaiva og Eljasib og Pelaja og Akkub og Johanan og Delaja og Anani, syv i tallet.

And the sons of Elioenai were, Hodaiah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Dalaiah, and Anani, seven.
