Psalms 85

हे यहोवा, तू अपने देश पर कृपालु हो। विदेश में याकूब के लोग कैदी बने हैं। उन बंदियों को छुड़ाकर उनके देश में वापस ला।

LORD, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.

हे यहोवा, अपने भक्तों के पापों को क्षमा कर। तू उनके पाप मिटा दे।

Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.

हे यहोवा, कुपित होना त्याग। आवेश से उन्मत मत हो।

Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.

हमारे परमेश्वर, हमारे संरक्षक, हम पर तू कुपित होना छोड़ दे और फिर हमको स्वीकार कर ले।

Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease.

क्या तू सदा के लिये हमसे कुपित रहेगा?

Wilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?

कृपा करके हमको फिर जिला दे! अपने भक्तों को तू प्रसन्न कर दे।

Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?

हे यहोवा, तू हमें दिखा दे कि तू हमसे प्रेम करता है। हमारी रक्षा कर।

Shew us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation.

जो परमेश्वर ने कहा, मैंने उस पर कान दिया। यहोवा ने कहा कि उसके भक्तों के लिये वहाँ शांति होगी। यदि वे अपने जीवन की मूर्खता की राह पर नहीं लौटेंगे तो वे शांति को पायेंगे।

I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.

परमेश्वर शीघ्र अपने अनुयायियों को बचाएगा। अपने स्वदेश में हम शीघ्र ही आदर के साथ वास करेंगे।

Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.

परमेश्वर का सच्चा प्रेम उनके अनुयायियों को मिलेगा। नेकी और शांति चुम्बन के साथ उनका स्वागत करेगी।

Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

धरती पर बसे लोग परमेश्वर पर विश्वास करेंगे, और स्वर्ग का परमेश्वर उनके लिये भला होगा।

Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.

यहोवा हमें बहुत सी उत्तम वस्तुएँ देगा। धरती अनेक उत्तम फल उपजायेगी।

Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.

परमेश्वर के आगे आगे नेकी चलेगी, और वह उसके लिये राह बनायेगी।

Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.
