Ezekiel 32

And it came to pass in the twelfth year, in the twelfth month, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

یہویاکین بادشاہ کے 12ویں سال میں رب مجھ سے ہم کلام ہوا۔ 12ویں مہینے کا پہلا دن تھا۔ مجھے یہ پیغام ملا،

Son of man, take up a lamentation for Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say unto him, Thou art like a young lion of the nations, and thou art as a whale in the seas: and thou camest forth with thy rivers, and troubledst the waters with thy feet, and fouledst their rivers.

”اے آدم زاد، مصر کے بادشاہ فرعون پر ماتمی گیت گا کر اُسے بتا، ’گو اقوام کے درمیان تجھے جوان شیرببر سمجھا جاتا ہے، لیکن در حقیقت تُو دریائے نیل کی شاخوں میں رہنے والا اژدہا ہے جو اپنی ندیوں کو اُبلنے دیتا اور پاؤں سے پانی کو زور سے حرکت میں لا کر گدلا کر دیتا ہے۔

Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will therefore spread out my net over thee with a company of many people; and they shall bring thee up in my net.

رب قادرِ مطلق فرماتا ہے کہ مَیں متعدد قوموں کو جمع کر کے تیرے پاس بھیجوں گا تاکہ تجھ پر جال ڈال کر تجھے پانی سے کھینچ نکالیں۔

Then will I leave thee upon the land, I will cast thee forth upon the open field, and will cause all the fowls of the heaven to remain upon thee, and I will fill the beasts of the whole earth with thee.

تب مَیں تجھے زور سے خشکی پر پٹخ دوں گا، کھلے میدان پر ہی تجھے پھینک چھوڑوں گا۔ تمام پرندے تجھ پر بیٹھ جائیں گے، تمام جنگلی جانور تجھے کھا کھا کر سیر ہو جائیں گے۔

And I will lay thy flesh upon the mountains, and fill the valleys with thy height.

تیرا گوشت مَیں پہاڑوں پر پھینک دوں گا، تیری لاش سے وادیوں کو بھر دوں گا۔

I will also water with thy blood the land wherein thou swimmest, even to the mountains; and the rivers shall be full of thee.

تیرے بہتے خون سے مَیں زمین کو پہاڑوں تک سیراب کروں گا، گھاٹیاں تجھ سے بھر جائیں گی۔

And when I shall put thee out, I will cover the heaven, and make the stars thereof dark; I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon shall not give her light.

جس وقت مَیں تیری زندگی کی بتی بجھا دوں گا اُس وقت مَیں آسمان کو ڈھانپ دوں گا۔ ستارے تاریک ہو جائیں گے، سورج بادلوں میں چھپ جائے گا اور چاند کی روشنی نظر نہیں آئے گی۔

All the bright lights of heaven will I make dark over thee, and set darkness upon thy land, saith the Lord GOD.

جو کچھ بھی آسمان پر چمکتا دمکتا ہے اُسے مَیں تیرے باعث تاریک کر دوں گا۔ تیرے پورے ملک پر تاریکی چھا جائے گی۔ یہ رب قادرِ مطلق کا فرمان ہے۔

I will also vex the hearts of many people, when I shall bring thy destruction among the nations, into the countries which thou hast not known.

بہت قوموں کے دل گھبرا جائیں گے جب مَیں تیرے انجام کی خبر دیگر اقوام تک پہنچاؤں گا، ایسے ممالک تک جن سے تُو ناواقف ہے۔

Yea, I will make many people amazed at thee, and their kings shall be horribly afraid for thee, when I shall brandish my sword before them; and they shall tremble at every moment, every man for his own life, in the day of thy fall.

متعدد قوموں کے سامنے ہی مَیں تجھ پر تلوار چلا دوں گا۔ یہ دیکھ کر اُن پر دہشت طاری ہو جائے گی، اور اُن کے بادشاہوں کے رونگٹے کھڑے ہو جائیں گے۔ جس دن تُو دھڑام سے گر جائے گا اُس دن اُن پر مرنے کا اِتنا خوف چھا جائے گا کہ وہ بار بار کانپ اُٹھیں گے۔

For thus saith the Lord GOD; The sword of the king of Babylon shall come upon thee.

کیونکہ رب قادرِ مطلق فرماتا ہے کہ شاہِ بابل کی تلوار تجھ پر حملہ کرے گی۔

By the swords of the mighty will I cause thy multitude to fall, the terrible of the nations, all of them: and they shall spoil the pomp of Egypt, and all the multitude thereof shall be destroyed.

تیری شاندار فوج اُس کے سورماؤں کی تلوار سے گر کر ہلاک ہو جائے گی۔ دنیا کے سب سے ظالم آدمی مصر کا غرور اور اُس کی تمام شان و شوکت خاک میں ملا دیں گے۔

I will destroy also all the beasts thereof from beside the great waters; neither shall the foot of man trouble them any more, nor the hoofs of beasts trouble them.

مَیں وافر پانی کے پاس کھڑے اُس کے مویشی کو بھی برباد کروں گا۔ آئندہ یہ پانی نہ انسان، نہ حیوان کے پاؤں سے گدلا ہو گا۔

Then will I make their waters deep, and cause their rivers to run like oil, saith the Lord GOD.

رب قادرِ مطلق فرماتا ہے کہ اُس وقت مَیں ہونے دوں گا کہ اُن کا پانی صاف شفاف ہو جائے اور ندیاں تیل کی طرح بہنے لگیں۔

When I shall make the land of Egypt desolate, and the country shall be destitute of that whereof it was full, when I shall smite all them that dwell therein, then shall they know that I am the LORD.

مَیں مصر کو ویران و سنسان کر کے ہر چیز سے محروم کروں گا، مَیں اُس کے تمام باشندوں کو مار ڈالوں گا۔ تب وہ جان لیں گے کہ مَیں ہی رب ہوں‘۔“

This is the lamentation wherewith they shall lament her: the daughters of the nations shall lament her: they shall lament for her, even for Egypt, and for all her multitude, saith the Lord GOD.

رب قادرِ مطلق فرماتا ہے، ”لازم ہے کہ درجِ بالا ماتمی گیت کو گایا جائے۔ دیگر اقوام اُسے گائیں، وہ مصر اور اُس کی شان و شوکت پر ماتم کا یہ گیت ضرور گائیں۔“

It came to pass also in the twelfth year, in the fifteenth day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

یہویاکین بادشاہ کے 12ویں سال میں رب مجھ سے ہم کلام ہوا۔ مہینے کا 15واں دن تھا۔ اُس نے فرمایا،

Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, even her, and the daughters of the famous nations, unto the nether parts of the earth, with them that go down into the pit.

”اے آدم زاد، مصر کی شان و شوکت پر واویلا کر۔ اُسے دیگر عظیم اقوام کے ساتھ پاتال میں اُتار دے۔ اُسے اُن کے پاس پہنچا دے جو پہلے گڑھے میں پہنچ چکے ہیں۔

Whom dost thou pass in beauty? go down, and be thou laid with the uncircumcised.

مصر کو بتا، ’اب تیری خوب صورتی کہاں گئی؟ اب تُو اِس میں کس کا مقابلہ کر سکتا ہے؟ اُتر جا! پاتال میں نامختونوں کے پاس ہی پڑا رہ۔‘

They shall fall in the midst of them that are slain by the sword: she is delivered to the sword: draw her and all her multitudes.

کیونکہ لازم ہے کہ مصری مقتولوں کے بیچ میں ہی گر کر ہلاک ہو جائیں۔ تلوار اُن پر حملہ کرنے کے لئے کھینچی جا چکی ہے۔ اب مصر کو اُس کی تمام شان و شوکت کے ساتھ گھسیٹ کر پاتال میں لے جاؤ!

The strong among the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of hell with them that help him: they are gone down, they lie uncircumcised, slain by the sword.

تب پاتال میں بڑے سورمے مصر اور اُس کے مددگاروں کا استقبال کر کے کہیں گے، ’لو، اب یہ بھی اُتر آئے ہیں، یہ بھی یہاں پڑے نامختونوں اور مقتولوں میں شامل ہو گئے ہیں۔‘

Asshur is there and all her company: his graves are about him: all of them slain, fallen by the sword:

وہاں اسور پہلے سے اپنی پوری فوج سمیت پڑا ہے، اور اُس کے ارد گرد تلوار کے مقتولوں کی قبریں ہیں۔

Whose graves are set in the sides of the pit, and her company is round about her grave: all of them slain, fallen by the sword, which caused terror in the land of the living.

اسور کو پاتال کے سب سے گہرے گڑھے میں قبریں مل گئیں، اور ارد گرد اُس کی فوج دفن ہوئی ہے۔ پہلے یہ زندوں کے ملک میں چاروں طرف دہشت پھیلاتے تھے، لیکن اب خود تلوار سے ہلاک ہو گئے ہیں۔

There is Elam and all her multitude round about her grave, all of them slain, fallen by the sword, which are gone down uncircumcised into the nether parts of the earth, which caused their terror in the land of the living; yet have they borne their shame with them that go down to the pit.

وہاں عیلام بھی اپنی تمام شان و شوکت سمیت پڑا ہے۔ اُس کے ارد گرد دفن ہوئے فوجی تلوار کی زد میں آ گئے تھے۔ اب سب اُتر کر نامختونوں میں شامل ہو گئے ہیں، گو زندوں کے ملک میں لوگ اُن سے شدید دہشت کھاتے تھے۔ اب وہ بھی پاتال میں اُترے ہوئے دیگر لوگوں کی طرح اپنی رُسوائی بھگت رہے ہیں۔

They have set her a bed in the midst of the slain with all her multitude: her graves are round about him: all of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword: though their terror was caused in the land of the living, yet have they borne their shame with them that go down to the pit: he is put in the midst of them that be slain.

عیلام کا بستر مقتولوں کے درمیان ہی بچھایا گیا ہے، اور اُس کے ارد گرد اُس کی تمام شاندار فوج کو قبریں مل گئی ہیں۔ سب نامختون، سب مقتول ہیں، گو زندوں کے ملک میں لوگ اُن سے سخت دہشت کھاتے تھے۔ اب وہ بھی پاتال میں اُترے ہوئے دیگر لوگوں کی طرح اپنی رُسوائی بھگت رہے ہیں۔ اُنہیں مقتولوں کے درمیان ہی جگہ مل گئی ہے۔

There is Meshech, Tubal, and all her multitude: her graves are round about him: all of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword, though they caused their terror in the land of the living.

وہاں مسک تُوبل بھی اپنی تمام شان و شوکت سمیت پڑا ہے۔ اُس کے ارد گرد دفن ہوئے فوجی تلوار کی زد میں آ گئے تھے۔ اب سب نامختونوں میں شامل ہو گئے ہیں، گو زندوں کے ملک میں لوگ اُن سے شدید دہشت کھاتے تھے۔

And they shall not lie with the mighty that are fallen of the uncircumcised, which are gone down to hell with their weapons of war: and they have laid their swords under their heads, but their iniquities shall be upon their bones, though they were the terror of the mighty in the land of the living.

اور اُنہیں اُن سورماؤں کے پاس جگہ نہیں ملی جو قدیم زمانے میں نامختونوں کے درمیان فوت ہو کر اپنے ہتھیاروں کے ساتھ پاتال میں اُتر آئے تھے اور جن کے سروں کے نیچے تلوار رکھی گئی۔ اُن کا قصور اُن کی ہڈیوں پر پڑا رہتا ہے، گو زندوں کے ملک میں لوگ اِن جنگجوؤں سے دہشت کھاتے تھے۔

Yea, thou shalt be broken in the midst of the uncircumcised, and shalt lie with them that are slain with the sword.

اے فرعون، تُو بھی پاش پاش ہو کر نامختونوں اور مقتولوں کے درمیان پڑا رہے گا۔

There is Edom, her kings, and all her princes, which with their might are laid by them that were slain by the sword: they shall lie with the uncircumcised, and with them that go down to the pit.

ادوم پہلے سے اپنے بادشاہوں اور رئیسوں سمیت وہاں پہنچ چکا ہو گا۔ گو وہ پہلے اِتنے طاقت ور تھے، لیکن اب مقتولوں میں شامل ہیں، اُن نامختونوں میں جو پاتال میں اُتر گئے ہیں۔

There be the princes of the north, all of them, and all the Zidonians, which are gone down with the slain; with their terror they are ashamed of their might; and they lie uncircumcised with them that be slain by the sword, and bear their shame with them that go down to the pit.

اِس طرح شمال کے تمام حکمران اور صیدا کے تمام باشندے بھی وہاں آ موجود ہوں گے۔ وہ بھی مقتولوں کے ساتھ پاتال میں اُتر گئے ہیں۔ گو اُن کی زبردست طاقت لوگوں میں دہشت پھیلاتی تھی، لیکن اب وہ شرمندہ ہو گئے ہیں، اب وہ نامختون حالت میں مقتولوں کے ساتھ پڑے ہیں۔ وہ بھی پاتال میں اُترے ہوئے باقی لوگوں کے ساتھ اپنی رُسوائی بھگت رہے ہیں۔

Pharaoh shall see them, and shall be comforted over all his multitude, even Pharaoh and all his army slain by the sword, saith the Lord GOD.

تب فرعون اِن سب کو دیکھ کر تسلی پائے گا، گو اُس کی تمام شان و شوکت پاتال میں اُتر گئی ہو گی۔ رب قادرِ مطلق فرماتا ہے کہ فرعون اور اُس کی پوری فوج تلوار کی زد میں آ جائیں گے۔

For I have caused my terror in the land of the living: and he shall be laid in the midst of the uncircumcised with them that are slain with the sword, even Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord GOD.

پہلے میری مرضی تھی کہ فرعون زندوں کے ملک میں خوف و ہراس پھیلائے، لیکن اب اُسے اُس کی تمام شان و شوکت کے ساتھ نامختونوں اور مقتولوں کے درمیان رکھا جائے گا۔ یہ میرا رب قادرِ مطلق کا فرمان ہے۔“
