Leviticus 27

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

И ГОСПОД говори на Мойсей и каза:

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

Говори на израилевите синове и им кажи: Когато някой направи обрек, душите да бъдат според твоята оценка за ГОСПОДА.

And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

Ето каква да бъде оценката ти: на мъж от двадесет години до шестдесет години оценката ти да бъде петдесет сикъла сребро според сикъла на светилището.

And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

А ако е жена, оценката ти да бъде тридесет сикъла.

And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

Ако е от пет години до двадесет години, оценката ти да бъде за мъжко дете двадесет сикъла, а за женско дете десет сикъла.

And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

Ако е от един месец до пет години, оценката ти да бъде за мъжко дете пет сикъла сребро, а за женско дете оценката ти да бъде три сикъла сребро.

And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

А ако е от шестдесет години нагоре, оценката ти да бъде петнадесет сикъла, ако е мъж, и десет сикъла, ако е жена.

But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

Но ако човекът е по-беден, отколкото си го оценил, да се представи пред свещеника и свещеникът да го оцени. Свещеникът да го оцени според това, за колко стига ръката да плати на онзи, който е направил обрека.

And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

Ако обрекът Е за животно от онези, които се принасят на ГОСПОДА, всичко, което се дава на ГОСПОДА от тях, ще бъде свято.

He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

Да не се сменя и заменя, добро животно за лошо или лошо за добро; а ако някога се замени животно за животно, тогава и това, и замененото ще бъдат свети.

And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:

Но ако обрекът е за някое нечисто животно, от онези, които не се принасят на ГОСПОДА, тогава да се представи животното пред свещеника

And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.

и свещеникът да го оцени дали е добро, или лошо. Според твоята, на свещеника, оценка — така да бъде.

But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

Но ако човекът поиска да го откупи, върху твоята оценка да прибави една пета.

And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

Ако някой посвети къщата си да бъде свята на ГОСПОДА, свещеникът да я оцени дали е добра, или лоша. Както я оцени свещеникът, така да бъде.

And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

Но ако онзи, който я посвети, поиска да си откупи къщата, нека добави една пета към парите, на които си я оценил, и ще бъде негова.

And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

Ако някой посвети на ГОСПОДА част от нивата на притежанието си, оценката ти да бъде според семето, което може да се засее в нея; един кор ечемично семе да се оцени на петдесет сикъла сребро.

If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

Ако посвети нивата си от юбилейната година, да остане по твоята оценка.

But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

Но ако посвети нивата си след юбилея, свещеникът да му пресметне парите според годините, които остават до юбилейната година, и това да се приспадне от оценката ти.

And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

Но ако този, който е посветил нивата, поиска някога да я откупи, нека добави една пета към парите, на които си я оценил, и ще бъде негова.

And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

Но ако не откупи нивата или ако продаде нивата на друг, да не се откупува вече;

But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

и когато нивата се освободи в юбилея, ще бъде свята на ГОСПОДА като обречена нива — ще бъде притежание на свещеника.

And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

И ако някой посвети на ГОСПОДА нива, която е купил, която не е част от нивата на притежанието му,

Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

свещеникът да му пресметне цената й до юбилейната година според твоята оценка; и в същия ден да даде оцененото от теб като свято на ГОСПОДА.

In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

В юбилейната година нивата да се върне на онзи, от когото е била купена, на онзи, на когото земята се пада като притежание.

And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

И всички твои оценки да стават според сикъла на светилището; сикълът да е равен на двадесет гери.

Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD'S.

Само първородното между добитъка, което като първородно е на ГОСПОДА, него никой да не посвещава — било то говедо, или дребен добитък — на ГОСПОДА е.

And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

А ако е от нечистите животни, да се откупи според твоята оценка, като добави към нея петата й част; а ако не се откупува, да се продаде според твоята оценка.

Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

Но нищо обречено, което някой би обрекъл на ГОСПОДА от онова, което има, било то човек, или животно, или нива от притежанието си, нито да се продава, нито да се откупува — всяко обречено нещо е пресвято на ГОСПОДА.

None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

Никой обречен на проклятие човек да не се откупува — той трябва непременно да се умъртви.

And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S: it is holy unto the LORD.

Всеки десятък от земята, било от посевите на земята, или от плода на дърветата, е на ГОСПОДА; той е свят на ГОСПОДА.

And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

Ако някой поиска да откупи нещо от десятъка си, да му добави петата част на цената му.

And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

И всеки десятък от едър и дребен добитък, от всичко, което при преброяване минава под тоягата, десятъкът да бъде свят на ГОСПОДА.

He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

Да не се изследва добро ли е, или лошо, и да не се заменя; а ако някога се замени, и това, и замененото ще бъдат свети; да не се откупува.

These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.

Това са заповедите, които ГОСПОД заповяда на Мойсей за израилевите синове на Синайската планина.
