Luke 13

В същото време присъстваха някои, които известиха на Иисус за галилеяните, чиято кръв Пилат смесил с жертвите им.

There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilæans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

И Той в отговор им каза: Мислите ли, че тези галилеяни са били най-грешни от всичките галилеяни, понеже са пострадали така?

And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilæans were sinners above all the Galilæans, because they suffered such things?

Казвам ви: не; но ако не се покаете, всички така ще загинете.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Или, мислите ли, че онези осемнадесет души, върху които падна силоамската кула и ги уби, бяха грешници повече от всички хора, които живеят в Ерусалим?

Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?

Казвам ви: не; но ако не се покаете, всички така ще загинете.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Каза и тази притча: Някой си имаше в лозето си посадена смокиня; и дойде да търси плод на нея, но не намери.

He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

И каза на лозаря: Ето, три години, откакто идвам да търся плод на тази смокиня, но не намирам. Отсечи я; защо да изтощава земята?

Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

А той в отговор му каза: Господарю, остави я и това лято, докато разкопая около нея и насипя тор;

And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:

и ако след това даде плод – добре, ако ли не – ще я отсечеш.

And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

И една събота Той поучаваше в една от синагогите;

And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.

и ето, една жена, която имаше дух на немощ от осемнадесет години; тя беше прегърбена и не можеше никак да се изправи.

And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.

А Иисус, като я видя, я повика и й каза: Жено, освободена си от своята немощ.

And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

И положи ръце на нея; и тя веднага се изправи и славеше Бога.

And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

А началникът на синагогата, като недоволстваше за това, че Иисус изцели в събота, заговори и каза на множеството: Има шест дни, в които трябва да се работи; в тях идвайте и се изцелявайте, а не в съботен ден.

And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.

А Господ му отговори и каза: Лицемери! В събота не отвързва ли всеки един от вас вола или магарето си от яслите и не го ли завежда да го напои?

The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?

А тази жена, като дъщеря на Авраам, която Сатана е държал вързана цели осемнадесет години, не трябваше ли да бъде развързана от тази връзка в съботен ден?

And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

И като каза това, всичките Му противници бяха засрамени и цялото множество се радваше за всичките славни дела, които се вършеха от Него.

And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.

Тогава каза: На какво прилича Божието царство? И с какво да го сравня?

Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it?

Прилича на синапено зърно, което човек взе и хвърли в градината си; и то растеше и стана голямо дърво, и небесните птици се подслоняваха по клончетата му.

It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.

И пак каза: С какво да сравня Божието царство?

And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God?

Прилича на квас, който една жена взе и замеси в три мери брашно, докато вкисна цялото.

It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

И по пътя Си за Ерусалим минаваше през градовете и през селата и поучаваше.

And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.

И някой си Му каза: Господи, малцина ли са онези, които се спасяват? А Той им каза:

Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,

Борете се да влезете през тясната врата, защото ви казвам: мнозина ще търсят да влязат и няма да могат.

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

След като стане домакинът и затвори вратата, и вие, като останете навън и започнете да хлопате на вратата и да казвате: Господи, отвори; Той в отговор ще ви каже: Не ви зная откъде сте.

When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

Тогава ще започнете да казвате: Ядохме и пихме пред Теб и по нашите улици си поучавал.

Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.

А Той ще каже: Казвам ви, не ви зная откъде сте; махнете се от Мен всички вие, които вършите неправда.

But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

Ще бъде плач и скърцане със зъби, когато видите Авраам, Исаак, Яков и всички пророци в Божието царство, а себе си – изпъдени навън.

There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

И ще дойдат от изток и запад, от север и юг и ще седнат в Божието царство.

And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.

И ето, има последни, които ще бъдат първи, и има първи, които ще бъдат последни.

And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.

В същия час дойдоха някои фарисеи, които Му казаха: Излез и си иди оттук, защото Ирод иска да Те убие.

The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee.

И Той им каза: Идете, кажете на тази лисица: ето, изгонвам демони и изцелявам днес и утре, и на третия ден ще свърша.

And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.

Но днес и утре, и други ден трябва да пътувам; защото не е възможно пророк да загине вън от Ерусалим.

Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.

Ерусалиме! Ерусалиме! Ти, който избиваш пророците и с камъни убиваш пратените до теб! Колко пъти съм искал да събера твоите деца, както кокошка прибира пилците си под крилата си, но не искахте!

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!

Ето, вашият дом ви се оставя пуст. Но казвам ви: няма да Ме видите, докато не кажете: Благословен Онзи, който идва в Господното Име.

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
