Psalms 29

Псалом Давидів. Дайте Господу, Божі сини, дайте Господу славу та силу!

Give unto the LORD, O ye mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength.

Дайте Господу славу імення Його, у препишній святині впадіть перед Господом!

Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

Голос Господній над водами, Бог слави гримить, Господь над великими водами!

The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD is upon many waters.

Голос Господній із силою, голос Господній з величністю.

The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.

Голос Господній ламає кедрини, голос Господній торощить кедрини ливанські.

The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

Він примусить скакати Ливан як теля, та Сиріон, мов молоду антилопу.

He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

Голос Господній викрешує полум'я огняне,

The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire.

голос Господній пустиню тремтіти примушує, Господь чинить пустелю Кадеша тремтячою.

The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

Голос Господній примушує лані тремтіти, й ліси обнажає, а в храмі Його все належне Йому виголошує: Слава!

The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.

Господь пробував в час потопу, і буде Господь пробувати повік віку Царем!

The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever.

Господь подасть силу народу Своєму, Господь поблагословить миром народ Свій!

The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.
