Psalms 45

45:1

सुन्दर शब्द मेरे मन में भर जाते हैं, जब मैं राजा के लिये बातें लिखता हूँ। मेरे जीभ पर शष्द ऐसे आने लगते हैं जैसे वे किसी कुशल लेखक की लेखनी से निकल रहे हैं।

My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

45:2

तू किसी भी और से सुन्दर है! तू अति उत्तम वक्ता है। सो तुझे परमेश्वर आशीष देगा!

Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever.

45:3

तू तलवा धारण कर। तू महिमित वस्त्र धारण कर।

Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty.

45:4

तू अद्भुत दिखता है! जा, धर्म ओर न्याय का युद्ध जीत। अद्भुत कर्म करने के लिये शक्तिपूर्ण दाहिनी भुजा का प्रयोग कर।

And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.

45:5

तेरे तीर तत्पर हैं। तू बहुतेरों को पराजित करेगा। तू अपने शत्रुओं पर शासन करेगा।

Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's enemies; whereby the people fall under thee.

45:6

हे परमेश्वर, तेरा सिंहासन अमर है! तेरा धर्म राजदण्ड है।

Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.

45:7

तू नेकी से प्यार और बैर से द्वेष करता है। सो परमेश्वर तेरे परमेश्वर ने तेरे साथियों के ऊपर तुझे राजा चुना है।

Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

45:8

तेरे वस्त्र महक रहे है जैसे गंध रास, अगर और तेज पात से मधुर गंध आ रही। हाथी दाँत जड़ित राज महलों से तुझे आनन्दित करने को मधुर संगीत की झँकारे बिखरती हैं।

All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad.

45:9

तेरी माहिलायें राजाओं की कन्याएँ है। तेरी महारानी ओपीर के सोने से बने मुकुट पहने तेरे दाहिनी ओर विराजती हैं।

Kings' daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir.
