Psalms 7

Шигайон на Давид, който той изпя на ГОСПОДА поради думите на вениаминеца Хус. ГОСПОДИ, Боже мой, на Теб се уповавам: спаси ме от всичките ми преследвачи и ме избави,

O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:

да не би да грабне като лъв душата ми, да я разкъса и да няма избавител!

Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.

ГОСПОДИ, Боже мой, ако съм сторил това, ако има в ръцете ми беззаконие,

O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;

ако съм въздал зло на онзи, който е бил в мир с мен, или съм ограбил онзи, който без причина ме е притеснявал,

If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)

нека врагът преследва душата ми и я стигне, нека стъпче в земята живота ми и свали славата ми във пръстта. (Села.)

Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.

Стани, ГОСПОДИ, в гнева Си! Надигни се срещу яростта на враговете ми, заради мен се събуди — Ти съд си заповядал!

Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.

И нека Те обиколи множеството на народите, и Ти се върни над тях нависоко.

So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.

ГОСПОД съди народите. Съди ме, ГОСПОДИ, според правдата ми и според чистотата ми във мен.

The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.

Нека свърши злината на безбожните, а праведния утвърди, Ти, Боже праведни, който изпитваш сърцата и вътрешностите!

Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.

Моят щит е у Бога, който спасява правите по сърце.

My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.

Бог е праведен съдия и Бог, който се гневи всеки ден.

God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.

Ако безбожният не се обърне — Той меча Си наостри, огъна Своя лък и го приготви.

If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.

Приготвил е за него и смъртоносни оръжия, прави стрелите Си огнени.

He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.

Ето, безбожният е в мъки да роди грях, зачева зло и ражда лъжа.

Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.

Изкопал е ров и го е направил дълбок, и е паднал в ямата, която е направил.

He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.

Злото му ще се върне на главата му и насилието му ще слезе върху темето му.

His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.

Аз ще хваля ГОСПОДА според правдата Му и ще възпявам Името на ГОСПОДА, Всевишния.

I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.
