Isaiah 5

Сега ще пея на възлюбения си, песен на обичния си за лозето Му. Възлюбеният ми имаше лозе на много тлъст хълм.

Now will I sing to my wellbeloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My wellbeloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill:

Окопа го, очисти го от камъните и го насади с избрана лоза, построи сред него кула, изкопа в него и лин. И очакваше да роди грозде, но то роди киселици.

And he fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.

И сега, ерусалимски жители и юдови мъже, съдете, моля, между Мен и лозето Ми!

And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, betwixt me and my vineyard.

Какво още можеше да се направи за лозето Ми, което не му направих? Защо очаквах да роди грозде, а то роди киселици?

What could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it? wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes?

И сега, ето, ще ви известя какво ще направя на лозето Си: ще махна оградата му и то ще се похаби; ще съборя стената му и то ще бъде потъпкано.

And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down:

И ще го запустя — няма да бъде подрязано, нито прекопано и ще обрасне с тръни и бодили. Ще заповядам и на облаците да не валят дъжд над него.

And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

Защото лозето на ГОСПОДА на Войнствата е израилевият дом и юдовите мъже са насаждението, което Го радва. И Той очакваше правосъдие, но ето, кръвопролитие; очакваше правда, но ето, писък.

For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.

Горко на онези, които прибавят къща към къща, и събират нива с нива, докато не остане място и си направите да живеете сами сред земята!

Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!

ГОСПОД на Войнствата ми говори в ушите: Наистина многото къщи ще останат пусти, големите и хубавите домове — без жители;

In mine ears said the LORD of hosts, Of a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and fair, without inhabitant.

защото десет акра лозе ще дадат един ват вино, и един кор семе ще даде една ефа плод.

Yea, ten acres of vineyard shall yield one bath, and the seed of an homer shall yield an ephah.

Горко на онези, които подраняват сутрин, за да търсят спиртно питие и продължават до късно вечер, докато ги разпали виното!

Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them!

И с арфа и лира, с тъпан и свирка, и с вино са техните пирове, но не се взират в делото на ГОСПОДА и не виждат действието на ръцете Му.

And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands.

Затова Моят народ е откаран в плен — от липса на знание. И почитаните им мъже умират от глад и множеството им съхне от жажда.

Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.

Затова Шеол е разширил гърлото си и отворил безмерно устата си и в него слизат славата му и множеството му, и великолепието му, и онези, които се веселят в него.

Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.

И приведе се обикновеният човек и сниши се издигнатият мъж; и очите на гордите се снишават.

And the mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled:

А ГОСПОД на Войнствата се възвишава в правосъдие; и Бог, Светият, се освещава в правда.

But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness.

И агнетата ще пасат там като в пасбищата си, чужденци ще поядат запустелите места на тлъстите.

Then shall the lambs feed after their manner, and the waste places of the fat ones shall strangers eat.

Горко на онези, които притеглят беззаконието с въжета от суета, и греха — като с ремъци на колесница;

Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope:

които казват: Нека побърза, нека ускори делото Си, да го видим! И нека приближи и дойде възнамеряваното от Светия Израилев, да го разберем!

That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!

Горко на онези, които наричат злото добро, а доброто зло; които слагат тъмнина за светлина и светлина за тъмнина; които слагат горчиво за сладко и сладко за горчиво!

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Горко на онези, които са мъдри в очите си, и които са разумни пред себе си!

Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

Горко на онези, които са юнаци да пият вино и силни да размесват спиртно питие;

Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:

които за дарове оправдават беззаконния и отнемат от праведния правото му!

Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!

Затова, както огнен език пояжда плявата и както сламата се губи в пламъка, така и техният корен ще стане като гнилота и цветът им ще отлети като прах, защото отхвърлиха закона на ГОСПОДА на Войнствата и презряха словото на Светия Израилев.

Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Затова гневът на ГОСПОДА пламна против народа Му и Той простря ръката Си против него и го порази. И планините потрепериха и труповете им станаха като боклук сред пътищата. При всичко това гневът Му не се отвърна и ръката Му е още простряна.

Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

И Той ще издигне знаме за народите от далеч и ще подсвирне на живеещия на край земята; и ето, той ще дойде скоро, бързо.

And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly:

Никой в него не е изморен, нито се спъва, никой не задрямва, не заспива, поясът на кръста им не се разпасва и ремък на обувките им не се скъсва.

None shall be weary nor stumble among them; none shall slumber nor sleep; neither shall the girdle of their loins be loosed, nor the latchet of their shoes be broken:

Стрелите му са остри, всичките му лъкове опънати, копитата на конете му се считат като кремък, а колелата му — като вихрушка.

Whose arrows are sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses' hoofs shall be counted like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind:

Ревът му е като лъвица, реве като младите лъвове; ръмжи, сграбчва лова и го завлича и няма кой да го спаси.

Their roaring shall be like a lion, they shall roar like young lions: yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the prey, and shall carry it away safe, and none shall deliver it.

И ще ръмжи над него в онзи ден като бученето на морето. И ако се погледне към земята, ето, тъмнина и скръб, и светлината в облаците й е помрачена.

And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one look unto the land, behold darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof.
