Isaiah 6

В годината на смъртта на цар Озия видях Господа седнал на висок и извисен престол и полите Му изпълваха храма.

In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.

Над Него стояха серафими; всеки от тях имаше по шест криле — с две покриваше лицето си, с две покриваше краката си, и с две летеше.

Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.

И викаха един към друг и казваха: Свят, свят, свят ГОСПОД на Войнствата! Славата Му изпълва цялата земя!

And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

И основите на праговете се поклатиха от гласа на викащия и домът се изпълни с дим.

And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.

Тогава казах: Горко ми, защото загинах! — понеже съм човек с нечисти устни и живея между народ с нечисти устни — понеже очите ми видяха Царя, ГОСПОДА на Войнствата.

Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.

Тогава един от серафимите долетя при мен и имаше в ръката си разпален въглен, който беше взел с щипци от олтара.

Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:

И го допря до устата ми и каза: Ето, това се допря до устните ти, и беззаконието ти се отне, и грехът ти се очисти.

And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.

И чух гласа на Господа, който казваше: Кого да изпратя? И кой ще отиде за Нас? И казах: Ето ме, изпрати мен.

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

И каза: Иди, кажи на този народ: С уши ще чуете, но няма да разберете, и с очи ще видите, но няма да проумеете.

And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.

Направй да затлъстее сърцето на този народ и направй да натегнат ушите им, и затворй очите им, за да не гледат с очите си и да слушат с ушите си, и да разберат със сърцето си, и да се обърнат, и да се изцелят.

Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

Тогава казах: Докога, Господи? И каза: Докато опустеят градовете, да няма жител, и къщите, да няма човек, и земята да запустее съвсем;

Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,

докато отдалечи ГОСПОД хората и изоставените места се умножат сред земята.

And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.

И една десета част да е още в нея, отново ще бъде опустошена; но както дървото и дъба, когато се отсекат, остава пънът им, така светият род е пънът й.

But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.
