Psalms 121

Cantique des degrés. Je lève mes yeux vers les montagnes... D'où me viendra le secours?

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

Le secours me vient de l'Eternel, Qui a fait les cieux et la terre.

My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

Il ne permettra point que ton pied chancelle; Celui qui te garde ne sommeillera point.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

Voici, il ne sommeille ni ne dort, Celui qui garde Israël.

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

L'Eternel est celui qui te garde, L'Eternel est ton ombre à ta main droite.

The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.

Pendant le jour le soleil ne te frappera point, Ni la lune pendant la nuit.

The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

L'Eternel te gardera de tout mal, Il gardera ton âme;

The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

L'Eternel gardera ton départ et ton arrivée, Dès maintenant et à jamais.

The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
