Numbers 11

И народът роптаеше и това беше зло в ушите на ГОСПОДА. И ГОСПОД чу и гневът Му пламна, и огън от ГОСПОДА се запали между тях и пояждаше в края на стана.

And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.

Тогава народът извика към Мойсей и Мойсей се помоли на ГОСПОДА, и огънят престана.

And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched.

И онова място се нарече Тавера, защото огън от ГОСПОДА гореше между тях.

And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.

И разноплеменното множество, което беше между тях, стръвно пожела месо; и израилевите синове също плакаха отново и казаха: Кой ще ни даде месо да ядем?

And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?

Ние помним рибата, която ядяхме даром в Египет, краставиците и дините, и праза, и лука, и чесъна;

We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick:

а сега душата ни е изсъхнала — нищо няма, няма какво да гледаме освен тази манна!

But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.

А манната приличаше на кориандрово семе и беше на вид като бделионова смола.

And the manna was as coriander seed, and the colour thereof as the colour of bdellium.

И народът се пръсна наоколо и я събираше, мелеше я в мелници или я чукаше в чутури и я вареше в гърнета, и правеше пити от нея. А вкусът й беше като вкус на пити, пържени в масло.

And the people went about, and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or beat it in a mortar, and baked it in pans, and made cakes of it: and the taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil.

Когато нощем падаше росата в стана, с нея падаше и манна.

And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it.

И Мойсей чу как народът плачеше в родовете си, всеки при входа на шатрата си, и ГОСПОДНИЯТ гняв пламна силно. И това беше зло в очите на Мойсей.

Then Moses heard the people weep throughout their families, every man in the door of his tent: and the anger of the LORD was kindled greatly; Moses also was displeased.

И Мойсей каза на ГОСПОДА: Защо си наскърбил слугата Си? И защо не съм придобил Твоето благоволение, та си сложил върху мен товара на целия този народ?

And Moses said unto the LORD, Wherefore hast thou afflicted thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favour in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me?

Аз ли съм носил в утробата си целия този народ, или аз съм го родил, че ми казваш: Носи ги в пазвата си, както кърмачка носи кърмачето, до земята, за която си се клел на бащите им?

Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child, unto the land which thou swarest unto their fathers?

Откъде у мен месо да дам на целия този народ! Защото плачат пред мен и казват: Дай ни месо да ядем!

Whence should I have flesh to give unto all this people? for they weep unto me, saying, Give us flesh, that we may eat.

Аз не мога сам да нося целия този народ, защото е много тежък за мен.

I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.

Ако така постъпваш с мен, моля Ти се, убий ме още сега, ако съм намерил Твоето благоволение, за да не гледам злощастието си!

And if thou deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness.

И ГОСПОД каза на Мойсей: Събери ми седемдесет мъже измежду израилевите старейшини, за които знаеш, че са старейшини на народа и негови надзорници, и ги доведи при шатъра за срещане, за да застанат там с теб.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.

И Аз ще сляза и ще говоря там с теб, и ще взема от Духа, който е на теб, и ще сложа на тях, за да носят товара на народа заедно с теб, за да не го носиш ти сам.

And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.

И кажи на народа: Осветете се за утре и ще ядете месо, защото плакахте в ушите на ГОСПОДА и казвахте: Кой ще ни даде месо да ядем, защото добре ни беше в Египет! Затова ГОСПОД ще ви даде месо и ще ядете.

And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for it was well with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat.

Няма да ядете един ден, нито два дни, нито пет дни, нито десет дни, нито двадесет дни,

Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days;

а цял месец, докато ви излезе от носа и ви втръсне, защото презряхте ГОСПОДА, който е между вас, и плакахте пред Него, и казвахте: Защо излязохме от Египет?

But even a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that ye have despised the LORD which is among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt?

И Мойсей каза: Народът, сред който съм, е шестстотин хиляди души пешаци, а Ти казваш: Ще им дам да ядат месо цял месец.

And Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen; and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month.

Да се изколят ли за тях овцете и говедата, за да им бъдат достатъчни, или да им се съберат всичките риби на морето, за да им бъдат достатъчни?

Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?

А ГОСПОД каза на Мойсей: Скъсила ли се е ръката на ГОСПОДА? Сега ще видиш дали ще ти се сбъдне словото Ми, или не.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD'S hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.

И така, Мойсей излезе и каза на народа думите на ГОСПОДА. И събра седемдесет мъже от старейшините на народа и ги постави около шатъра.

And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle.

Тогава ГОСПОД слезе в облака и говори с него, и взе от Духа, който беше на него, и го сложи на седемдесетте старейшини. И когато Духът дойде на тях, те пророкуваха, но не повториха.

And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

Но двама от мъжете бяха останали в стана. Името на единия от тях беше Елдад, а името на другия — Модад. И на тях дойде Духът; те бяха от записаните, но не бяха излезли при шатъра и пророкуваха в стана.

But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp.

И едно момче изтича и съобщи на Мойсей, и каза: Елдад и Модад пророкуват в стана.

And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp.

И Иисус, Навиевият син, слугата на Мойсей, един от избраните му, проговори и каза: Господарю мой, Мойсей, забрани им!

And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.

А Мойсей му каза: Ревнуваш ли за мен? Да бяха всички от ГОСПОДНИЯ народ пророци и да сложеше ГОСПОД Духа Си на тях!

And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD'S people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

И Мойсей се оттегли в стана, той и израилевите старейшини.

And Moses gat him into the camp, he and the elders of Israel.

Тогава излезе вятър от ГОСПОДА и докара от морето пъдпъдъци, и ги хвърли върху стана, до един ден път от едната страна и до един ден път от другата страна около стана, и до два лакътя от повърхността на земята.

And there went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day's journey on this side, and as it were a day's journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth.

Тогава народът стана и целия онзи ден и цялата нощ, и целия следващ ден събираше пъдпъдъците. Който събра най-малко, събра десет кора. И си ги овесиха да се сушат около стана.

And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp.

А когато месото беше още в зъбите им и още не беше сдъвкано, ГОСПОДНИЯТ гняв пламна против народа и ГОСПОД порази народа с много голяма язва.

And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD smote the people with a very great plague.

И нарекоха това място Киврот-Атаава, защото там беше погребан лакомият народ.

And he called the name of that place Kibroth–hattaavah: because there they buried the people that lusted.

А от Киврот-Атаава народът се вдигна за Асирот и остана в Асирот.

And the people journeyed from Kibroth–hattaavah unto Hazeroth; and abode at Hazeroth.
