Isaiah 21

Пророчество, наложено за пустинята на морето: Както вихрушките се носят в южната страна, така идва разрушение от пустинята, от страшна земя.

The burden of the desert of the sea. As whirlwinds in the south pass through; so it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land.

Тежко видение ми се откри: Грабителят граби, опустошителят опустошава. Изкачи се, Еламе, обсади, Мидийо! Спрях всичките й въздишания.

A grievous vision is declared unto me; the treacherous dealer dealeth treacherously, and the spoiler spoileth. Go up, O Elam: besiege, O Media; all the sighing thereof have I made to cease.

Затова слабините ми са пълни с болка; мъки ме обзеха, като мъките на родилка. Сгърбен съм и не мога да чуя, смутен съм и не мога да видя.

Therefore are my loins filled with pain: pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman that travaileth: I was bowed down at the hearing of it; I was dismayed at the seeing of it.

Сърцето ми се смути, ужас ме обзе; полумракът, който пожелах, се обърна в ужас за мен.

My heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me.

Приготвят трапезата, стражата бди, ядат, пият! Станете, князе! Излъскайте щитове!

Prepare the table, watch in the watchtower, eat, drink: arise, ye princes, and anoint the shield.

Защото така ми каза Господ: Иди, постави страж да известява, каквото види.

For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he seeth.

И видя впряг конници по двама, впряг магарета и впряг камили. И се вслуша внимателно, с голямо внимание,

And he saw a chariot with a couple of horsemen, a chariot of asses, and a chariot of camels; and he hearkened diligently with much heed:

и извика като лъв: Господарю мой, аз стоя постоянно на стражевата кула през деня и оставам на стражата си целите нощи.

And he cried, A lion: My lord, I stand continually upon the watchtower in the daytime, and I am set in my ward whole nights:

Но, ето! Идва впряг, мъже, конници по двама! И проговори и каза: Падна, падна Вавилон, и всичките изваяни идоли на боговете му се строшиха на земята!

And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men, with a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground.

О, мой овършан народе и сине на хармана ми! Каквото чух от ГОСПОДА на Войнствата, Израилевия Бог, ви заявих.

O my threshing, and the corn of my floor: that which I have heard of the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, have I declared unto you.

Пророчество, наложено за Едом: Към мен вика един от Сиир: Стражо, колко е часът на нощта? Стражо, колко е часът на нощта?

The burden of Dumah. He calleth to me out of Seir, Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night?

Стражът каза: Утрото иде, а също и нощта. Ако ще питате, питайте; върнете се, елате.

The watchman said, The morning cometh, and also the night: if ye will enquire, enquire ye: return, come.

Пророчество, наложено за Арабия: В гората на Арабия ще пренощувате, дедански кервани.

The burden upon Arabia. In the forest in Arabia shall ye lodge, O ye travelling companies of Dedanim.

Донесете вода да посрещнете жадния, жители на теманската земя, посрещнете бежанеца с хляб.

The inhabitants of the land of Tema brought water to him that was thirsty, they prevented with their bread him that fled.

Защото побягнаха от мечовете, от изтегления меч, от опънатия лък и от тежестта на войната.

For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war.

Защото така ми каза Господ: За една година, каквито са годините на наемник, ще изчезне цялата слава на Кидар.

For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Within a year, according to the years of an hireling, and all the glory of Kedar shall fail:

И останалият брой на стрелците, на силните мъже на синовете на Кидар, ще бъде малък, защото ГОСПОД, Израилевият Бог, изговори това.

And the residue of the number of archers, the mighty men of the children of Kedar, shall be diminished: for the LORD God of Israel hath spoken it.
