Hosea 12

Ефрем пасе вятър и гони източния вятър; цял ден умножава лъжа и насилие и сключват завет с Асирия, и носят маслинено масло в Египет!

Ephraim feedeth on wind, and followeth after the east wind: he daily increaseth lies and desolation; and they do make a covenant with the Assyrians, and oil is carried into Egypt.

ГОСПОД има и съд с Юда и ще накаже Яков според пътищата му, според делата му ще му върне.

The LORD hath also a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his doings will he recompense him.

В утробата хвана петата на брат си и с мъжката си сила се бори с Бога.

He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God:

Бори се с Ангела и преодоля, плака и Му се моли. Във Ветил го намери и там говори с нас,

Yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him in Beth–el, and there he spake with us;

Господ БОГ на Войнствата, ГОСПОД е Името Му.

Even the LORD God of hosts; the LORD is his memorial.

А ти се обърни към своя Бог, пази милост и правосъдие и постоянно се надявай на своя Бог!

Therefore turn thou to thy God: keep mercy and judgment, and wait on thy God continually.

Търговецът, който има неверни везни в ръката си, обича да мами.

He is a merchant, the balances of deceit are in his hand: he loveth to oppress.

И Ефрем каза: Да, аз забогатях, придобих си имот, във всичките ми трудове няма да се намери в мен беззаконие, което да е грях.

And Ephraim said, Yet I am become rich, I have found me out substance: in all my labours they shall find none iniquity in me that were sin.

А Аз съм ГОСПОД, твоят Бог от египетската земя; пак ще те заселя в шатри като в дните на определения празник.

And I that am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt will yet make thee to dwell in tabernacles, as in the days of the solemn feast.

И говорих чрез пророците и умножих виденията, и давах сравнения чрез пророците.

I have also spoken by the prophets, and I have multiplied visions, and used similitudes, by the ministry of the prophets.

Ако в Галаад има беззаконие, те станаха съвсем суетни. В Галгал жертват бикове, също и жертвениците им са като купчините по браздите на полето.

Is there iniquity in Gilead? surely they are vanity: they sacrifice bullocks in Gilgal; yea, their altars are as heaps in the furrows of the fields.

А Яков побягна в полето на Арам, Израил работи за жена и за жена пази овце.

And Jacob fled into the country of Syria, and Israel served for a wife, and for a wife he kept sheep.

И чрез пророк ГОСПОД изведе Израил от Египет и чрез пророк той беше пазен.

And by a prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved.

Ефрем го разгневи горчиво, и неговият Господ ще остави върху него кръвта му и ще върне върху него укора му.

Ephraim provoked him to anger most bitterly: therefore shall he leave his blood upon him, and his reproach shall his Lord return unto him.
