Deuteronomy 23

Който е с премазани тестиси или чийто мъжки член е отрязан, да не влиза в ГОСПОДНОТО събрание.

He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

Никой незаконороден да не влиза в ГОСПОДНОТО събрание; никой от потомците му до десетото поколение да не влиза в ГОСПОДНОТО събрание.

A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

Никой амонец или моавец да не влиза в ГОСПОДНОТО събрание; никой от потомците им до десетото поколение да не влиза в ГОСПОДНОТО събрание до века;

An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever:

защото те не ви посрещнаха с хляб и вода на пътя, когато излязохте от Египет, и защото наеха против теб Валаам, сина на Веор, от Фатур Месопотамски, за да те прокълне.

Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired against thee Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee.

Но ГОСПОД, твоят Бог, не пожела да послуша Валаам и ГОСПОД, твоят Бог, обърна проклятието в благословение за теб, понеже ГОСПОД, твоят Бог, те обича.

Nevertheless the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the LORD thy God loved thee.

Да не търсиш мира им и доброто им, през всичките си дни, до века.

Thou shalt not seek their peace nor their prosperity all thy days for ever.

Да не се гнусиш от едомец, защото той ти е брат; да не се гнусиш от египтянин, защото си бил чужденец в неговата земя.

Thou shalt not abhor an Edomite; for he is thy brother: thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian; because thou wast a stranger in his land.

Синовете от третото поколение, които се родят от тях, могат да влизат в ГОСПОДНОТО събрание.

The children that are begotten of them shall enter into the congregation of the LORD in their third generation.

Когато излизаш на военен стан против неприятелите си, да се пазиш от всяко зло нещо.

When the host goeth forth against thine enemies, then keep thee from every wicked thing.

Ако има сред теб човек, станал нечист от нещо, което се е случило през нощта, тогава да излезе извън стана; да не влиза в стана.

If there be among you any man, that is not clean by reason of uncleanness that chanceth him by night, then shall he go abroad out of the camp, he shall not come within the camp:

И привечер да се изкъпе с вода и когато слънцето залезе, може да влезе в стана.

But it shall be, when evening cometh on, he shall wash himself with water: and when the sun is down, he shall come into the camp again.

И да имаш място извън стана, където да излизаш по нужда,

Thou shalt have a place also without the camp, whither thou shalt go forth abroad:

и да имаш между инструментите си лопатка, така че когато седнеш вън, да изкопаеш с нея и да се обърнеш и да покриеш изпражненията си.

And thou shalt have a paddle upon thy weapon; and it shall be, when thou wilt ease thyself abroad, thou shalt dig therewith, and shalt turn back and cover that which cometh from thee:

Защото ГОСПОД, твоят Бог, ходи сред стана ти, за да те избавя и да предава враговете ти пред теб, затова станът ти трябва да бъде свят, така че Той да не види нищо срамно сред теб и да се отвърне от теб.

For the LORD thy God walketh in the midst of thy camp, to deliver thee, and to give up thine enemies before thee; therefore shall thy camp be holy: that he see no unclean thing in thee, and turn away from thee.

Да не предадеш на господаря му роб, който е избягал от господаря си при теб.

Thou shalt not deliver unto his master the servant which is escaped from his master unto thee:

Да живее при теб, сред вас, на мястото, което избере вътре в портите ти, където сметне за добре; да не го потискаш.

He shall dwell with thee, even among you, in that place which he shall choose in one of thy gates, where it liketh him best: thou shalt not oppress him.

Да няма посветена блудница от израилевите дъщери, нито посветен блудник от израилевите синове.

There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.

Да не донасяш заплатата на блудница или цената на куче в дома на ГОСПОДА, своя Бог, за никакъв обрек, защото и двете са мерзост за ГОСПОДА, твоя Бог.

Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

Да не заемаш на брат си с лихва — лихва върху пари, храна или каквото и да било нещо, което се заема с лихва.

Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury:

На чужденец можеш да заемаш с лихва, но на брат си да не заемаш с лихва, за да те благославя ГОСПОД, твоят Бог, във всичко, което ръката ти предприема в земята, в която влизаш, за да я завладееш.

Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

Когато се закълнеш с клетва на ГОСПОДА, своя Бог, да не отлагаш да я изпълниш; защото ГОСПОД, твоят Бог, непременно ще я изиска от теб и това ще ти се счете за грях.

When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.

Но ако се въздържаш да се заклеваш, няма да ти бъде грях.

But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no sin in thee.

Да вършиш и изпълняваш онова, което е излязло от устните ти, както си се заклел доброволно на ГОСПОДА, своя Бог, за това, което си обещал с устата си!

That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform; even a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.

Когато влезеш в лозето на ближния си, можеш да ядеш грозде колкото искаш, докато се наситиш, но да не слагаш нищо в съда си.

When thou comest into thy neighbour's vineyard, then thou mayest eat grapes thy fill at thine own pleasure; but thou shalt not put any in thy vessel.

Когато влезеш в посевите на ближния си, можеш да откъснеш от класовете с ръката си, но да не сложиш сърп на посевите на ближния си.

When thou comest into the standing corn of thy neighbour, then thou mayest pluck the ears with thine hand; but thou shalt not move a sickle unto thy neighbour's standing corn.
