Psalms 20

Ho an'ny mpiventy hira. Salamo nataon'i Davida. Hihaino anao anie Jehovah amin'ny andro fahoriana; hitondra anao ho any amin'ny avo anie ny anaran'Andriamanitr'i Jakoba.

The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;

Hahatonga famonjena ho anao avy amin'ny fitoerana masina anie Izy, ary hanohana anao avy any Ziona.

Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;

Hahatsiaro ny fanatitra hohaninao rehetra anie Izy, ary hankasitraka ny fanatitra doranao.

Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.

Hanome anao araka ny fonao anie Izy ary hahatanteraka ny fisainanao rehetra.

Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.

Aoka hihoby noho ny famonjena azonao izahay, ary amin'ny anaran'Andriamanitray no hanangananay faneva; ho tanterahin'i Jehovah anie ny angatahinao rehetra.

We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.

Ankehitriny dia fantatro fa Jehovah mamonjy ny voahosony; hamaly azy avy amin'ny lanitry ny fahamasinany Izy amin'ny herin'ny famonjen'ny tànany ankavanana.

Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.

Ny sasany mitoky amin'ny kalesy, ary ny sasany amin'ny soavaly; Fa raha izahay kosa, dia ny anaran'i Jehovah Andriamanitray no hoderainay.

Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.

Ireo dia reraka sady lavo; fa izahay kosa efa mitsangana sy mijoro,

They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.

Jehovah ô, vonjeo ny mpanjaka; hamaly anay anie Izy amin'izay andro iantsoanay Azy.

Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.
