Job 25

Felele pedig a Sukhból való Bildád, és monda:

Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

Hatalom és fenség az övé, a ki békességet szerez az ő magasságaiban.

Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.

Van-é száma az ő sereginek, és kire nem kél fel az ő világossága?

Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?

Hogy-hogy lehetne igaz a halandó Isten előtt, hogyan lehetne tiszta, a ki asszonytól született?

How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

Nézd a holdat, az sem ragyogó, még a csillagok sem tiszták az ő szemei előtt.

Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.

Mennyivel kevésbé a halandó, a ki féreg, és az embernek fia, a ki hernyó.

How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?
