Psalms 3

हे यहोवा, मेरे कितने ही शुत्र मेरे विरुद्ध खड़े हो गये हैं।

LORD, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

कितने ही मेरी चर्चाएं करते हैं, कितने ही मेरे विषय में कह रहे कि परमेश्वर इसकी रक्षा नहीं करेगा।

Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

किन्तु यहोवा, तू मेरी ढाल है। तू ही मेरी महिमा है। हे यहोवा, तू ही मेरा सिर ऊँचा करता है।

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

मैं यहोवा को ऊँचे स्वर में पुकारुँगा। वह अपने पवित्र पर्वत से मुझे उत्तर देगा।

I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

मैं आराम करने को लेट सकता हूँ। मैं जानता हूँ कि मैं जाग जाऊँगा, क्योंकि यहोवा मुझको बचाता और मेरी रक्षा करता है।

I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

चाहे मैं सैनिकों के बीच घिर जाऊँ किन्तु उन शत्रुओं से भयभीत नहीं होऊँगा।

I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.

हे यहोवा, जाग! मेरे परमेश्वर आ, मेरी रक्षा कर! तू बहुत शक्तिशाली है। यदि मेरे दुष्ट शत्रुओं के मुख पर तू प्रहार करे, तो उनके सभी दाँतों को तो उखाड़ डालेगा।

Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

यहोवा अपने लोगों की रक्षा कर सकता है। हे यहोवा, तेरे लोगों पर तेरी आशीष रहे।

Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.
