Psalms 122

Bana: “RAB’bin evine gidelim” dendikçe Sevinirim.

I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.

Ayaklarımız senin kapılarında, Ey Yeruşalim!

Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.

Bitişik nizamda kurulmuş bir kenttir Yeruşalim!

Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:

Oymaklar çıkar oraya, RAB’bin oymakları, İsrail’e verilen öğüt uyarınca, RAB’bin adına şükretmek için.

Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.

Çünkü orada yargı tahtları, Davut soyunun tahtları kurulmuştur.

For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.

Esenlik dileyin Yeruşalim’e: “Huzur bulsun seni sevenler!

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

Surlarına esenlik, Saraylarına huzur egemen olsun!”

Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.

Kardeşlerim, dostlarım için, “Esenlik olsun sana!” derim.

For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.

Tanrımız RAB’bin evi için İyilik dilerim sana.

Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.
