Job 25

Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

फिर शूह प्रदेश के निवासी बिल्दद ने उत्तर देते हुये कहा:

Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.

“परमेश्वर शासक है और हर व्यक्ति को चाहिये की परमेश्वर से डरे और उसका मान करे। परमेश्वर अपने स्वर्ग के राज्य में शांति रखता है।

Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?

कोई उसकी सेनाओं को गिन नहीं सकता है, परमेश्वर का प्रकाश सब पर चमकता है।

How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

किन्तु सचमुच परमेश्वर के आगे कोई व्यक्ति उचित नहीं ठहर सकता है। कोई व्यक्ति जो स्त्री से उत्पन्न हुआ सचमुच निर्दोष नहीं हो सकता है।

Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.

परमेश्वर की आँखों के सामने चाँद तक चमकीला नहीं है। परमेश्वर की आँखों के सामने तारे निर्मल नहीं हैं।

How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?

मनुष्य तो बहुत कम भले है। मनुष्य तो बस गिंडार है एक ऐसा कीड़ा जो बेकार का होता है।”
