Deuteronomy 22

Thou shalt not see thy brother's ox or his sheep go astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again unto thy brother.

Когато видиш говедото или овцата на брат си загубени, да не се скриеш от тях; непременно да ги върнеш на брат си.

And if thy brother be not nigh unto thee, or if thou know him not, then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house, and it shall be with thee until thy brother seek after it, and thou shalt restore it to him again.

А ако брат ти не е близо до теб или ако не го познаваш, тогава да ги прибереш в дома си и да останат при теб, докато ги потърси брат ти; тогава да му ги върнеш.

In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of thy brother's, which he hath lost, and thou hast found, shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself.

Така да постъпваш и с магарето му, така да постъпваш и с дрехата му, така да постъпваш и с всяко изгубено нещо на брат си, което той е изгубил и ти си намерил; не бива да се криеш.

Thou shalt not see thy brother's ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift them up again.

Когато видиш магарето на брат си или говедото му паднали на пътя, да не се скриеш; непременно да ги вдигнеш с него.

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

Жена да не носи мъжко облекло, нито мъж да облича женска дреха, понеже всички, които правят така, са омразни на ГОСПОДА, твоя Бог.

If a bird's nest chance to be before thee in the way in any tree, or on the ground, whether they be young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young:

Ако някое птиче гнездо се случи пред теб на пътя ти, на някое дърво или на земята, с пиленца или яйца и майката седи на пиленцата или на яйцата, да не вземеш майката заедно с пиленцата;

But thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.

непременно да пуснеш майката, а пиленцата можеш да вземеш за себе си, за да ти бъде добре и да продължиш дните си.

When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence.

Когато построиш нова къща, да направиш ограда на покрива си, за да не си докараш вина за кръв върху дома си, ако някой падне от него.

Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.

Да не засяваш лозето си с разнородни семена, за да не се освети цялата реколта на семето, което си засял, и плодът на лозето.

Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.

Да не ореш с вол и магаре заедно.

Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.

Да не носиш смесена дреха от вълна и лен заедно.

Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest thyself.

Да си правиш ресни на четирите краища на връхната дреха, с която се покриваш.

If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,

Ако някой вземе жена и влезе при нея, и я намрази,

And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:

и даде причина да я злословят, и й създаде лошо име, и каже: Взех тази жена и когато се приближих при нея, не я намерих девица! —

Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:

тогава бащата и майката на момичето да вземат доказателството за девствеността на момичето и да го изнесат на градските старейшини при портата.

And the damsel's father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;

И бащата на момичето да каже на старейшините: Дадох дъщеря си на този човек за жена, но той я намрази,

And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

и ето, даде причина да я злословят и каза: Не намерих дъщеря ти девица. Но ето доказателството за девствеността на дъщеря ми. И да разгънат дрехата пред градските старейшини.

And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;

Тогава старейшините на онзи град да вземат мъжа и да го накажат,

And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.

и да го глобят сто сребърни сикъла, и да ги дадат на бащата на момичето, защото е създал лошо име на израилева девица. И тя да му бъде жена; не може да я отпрати през всичките си дни.

But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:

Но ако това нещо е истина, че момичето не е намерено девица,

Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

тогава да изведат момичето до вратата на бащиния й дом и мъжете от града й да я убият с камъни и да умре, защото е извършила безчестие в Израил, като е блудствала в бащиния си дом. Така да отмахнеш злото отсред себе си.

If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.

Ако някой мъж бъде намерен да лежи с омъжена жена, тогава и двамата да умрат — мъжът, който е лежал с жената, и жената. Така да отмахнеш злото от Израил.

If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

Ако някое момиче, девица, е сгодено за мъж и друг мъж я намери в града и лежи с нея,

Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

тогава да изведете и двамата при портата на онзи град и да ги убиете с камъни и да умрат — момичето, защото не е извикало в града, и мъжът, защото е унижил жената на ближния си. Така да отмахнеш злото отсред себе си.

But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:

Но ако мъжът намери сгоденото момиче на полето и мъжът я насили и лежи с нея, тогава само мъжът, който е лежал с нея, да умре.

But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:

А на момичето да не направиш нищо; в момичето няма грях, заслужаващ смърт; защото това е както когато някой се вдигне срещу ближния си и го убие.

For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.

Понеже той я е намерил на полето и сгоденото момиче е извикало, но не е имало кой да го спаси.

If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

Ако някой намери момиче, девица, която не е сгодена, и я хване и лежи с нея и ги намерят,

Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.

тогава мъжът, който е лежал с нея, да даде на бащата на момичето петдесет сребърни сикъла; и тя да му стане жена, понеже я е унижил; не може да я отпрати през всичките си дни.

A man shall not take his father's wife, nor discover his father's skirt.

Мъж да не взема жената на баща си и да не открива полата на дрехата на баща си.
