II Chronicles 35

Moreover Josiah kept a passover unto the LORD in Jerusalem: and they killed the passover on the fourteenth day of the first month.

И Йосия направи Пасхата на ГОСПОДА в Ерусалим; и на четиринадесетия ден от първия месец заклаха пасхата.

And he set the priests in their charges, and encouraged them to the service of the house of the LORD,

И той постави свещениците в длъжностите им и ги насърчи в службата на ГОСПОДНИЯ дом.

And said unto the Levites that taught all Israel, which were holy unto the LORD, Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel did build; it shall not be a burden upon your shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel,

И каза на левитите, които поучаваха целия Израил, които бяха посветени на ГОСПОДА: Положете светия ковчег в дома, който построи израилевият цар Соломон, синът на Давид. Няма вече да го носите на рамена. Сега служете на ГОСПОДА, вашия Бог, и на Неговия народ Израил.

And prepare yourselves by the houses of your fathers, after your courses, according to the writing of David king of Israel, and according to the writing of Solomon his son.

Пригответе се според бащините си домове, по отредите си, според писаното от израилевия цар Давид и според писаното от сина му Соломон,

And stand in the holy place according to the divisions of the families of the fathers of your brethren the people, and after the division of the families of the Levites.

и стойте в светилището според отделенията на бащините домове на братята си, синовете на народа, и според разделението на бащините домове на левитите.

So kill the passover, and sanctify yourselves, and prepare your brethren, that they may do according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

Заколете пасхата и се осветете, и пригответе за братята си, за да направят според ГОСПОДНОТО слово дадено чрез Мойсей.

And Josiah gave to the people, of the flock, lambs and kids, all for the passover offerings, for all that were present, to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand bullocks: these were of the king's substance.

И Йосия подари на синовете на народа за жертви дребен добитък, агнета и ярета, всичките за пасхалните жертви, за всички, които се намираха там, тридесет хиляди на брой, и три хиляди говеда. Това беше от царския имот.

And his princes gave willingly unto the people, to the priests, and to the Levites: Hilkiah and Zechariah and Jehiel, rulers of the house of God, gave unto the priests for the passover offerings two thousand and six hundred small cattle, and three hundred oxen.

И началниците му подариха доброволно за народа, за свещениците и за левитите. А Хелкия, Захария и Ехиил, управителите на Божия дом, дадоха на свещениците за пасхалните жертви две хиляди и шестстотин агнета и ярета и триста говеда.

Conaniah also, and Shemaiah and Nethaneel, his brethren, and Hashabiah and Jeiel and Jozabad, chief of the Levites, gave unto the Levites for passover offerings five thousand small cattle, and five hundred oxen.

Също и Хонения и братята му Семая и Натанаил, и Асавия, Еиил и Йозавад, началниците на левитите, подариха на левитите за пасхалните жертви пет хиляди агнета и ярета и петстотин говеда.

So the service was prepared, and the priests stood in their place, and the Levites in their courses, according to the king's commandment.

И службата беше приготвена; и свещениците застанаха на мястото си и левитите по отредите си според заповедта на царя.

And they killed the passover, and the priests sprinkled the blood from their hands, and the Levites flayed them.

И заклаха пасхата и свещениците поръсиха кръвта, която вземаха от ръката им, а левитите одраха жертвите.

And they removed the burnt offerings, that they might give according to the divisions of the families of the people, to offer unto the LORD, as it is written in the book of Moses. And so did they with the oxen.

И отделиха частите за всеизгарянето, за да ги дадат на отделенията на бащините домове на синовете на народа, за да принесат на ГОСПОДА според писаното в книгата на Мойсей. Така направиха и с говедата.

And they roasted the passover with fire according to the ordinance: but the other holy offerings sod they in pots, and in caldrons, and in pans, and divided them speedily among all the people.

И опекоха пасхата на огън според правилото, а светите приноси свариха в котли, в гърнета и в тави, и ги разделиха веднага между всичките синове на народа.

And afterward they made ready for themselves, and for the priests: because the priests the sons of Aaron were busied in offering of burnt offerings and the fat until night; therefore the Levites prepared for themselves, and for the priests the sons of Aaron.

А после приготвиха за себе си и за свещениците, защото свещениците, синовете на Аарон, се занимаваха с принасянето на всеизгарянията и тлъстините до нощта. И така, левитите приготвиха за себе си и за свещениците, синовете на Аарон.

And the singers the sons of Asaph were in their place, according to the commandment of David, and Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun the king's seer; and the porters waited at every gate; they might not depart from their service; for their brethren the Levites prepared for them.

И певците, синовете на Асаф, бяха на мястото си според заповедта на Давид и Асаф, и Еман, и царския гледач Едутун. И вратарите бяха на всяка порта. Нямаше нужда да оставят службата си, защото братята им, левитите, приготвиха за тях.

So all the service of the LORD was prepared the same day, to keep the passover, and to offer burnt offerings upon the altar of the LORD, according to the commandment of king Josiah.

И така, цялата ГОСПОДНА служба се приготви в онзи ден, за да се направи Пасхата и да се принесат всеизгарянията на ГОСПОДНИЯ олтар според заповедта на цар Йосия.

And the children of Israel that were present kept the passover at that time, and the feast of unleavened bread seven days.

И израилевите синове, които се намериха там, празнуваха в онова време Пасхата и празника на безквасните хлябове седем дни.

And there was no passover like to that kept in Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet; neither did all the kings of Israel keep such a passover as Josiah kept, and the priests, and the Levites, and all Judah and Israel that were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

А такава Пасха като тази не беше правена в Израил от дните на пророк Самуил. И никой от израилевите царе не беше правил такава Пасха, каквато направи Йосия, и свещениците, и левитите, и целият Юда и Израил, който се намери там, и жителите на Ерусалим.

In the eighteenth year of the reign of Josiah was this passover kept.

Тази Пасха се направи в осемнадесетата година на царуването на Йосия.

After all this, when Josiah had prepared the temple, Necho king of Egypt came up to fight against Carchemish by Euphrates: and Josiah went out against him.

След всичко това, когато Йосия беше наредил Божия дом, египетският цар Нехао се изкачи да воюва против Кархамис при Ефрат. И Йосия излезе срещу него.

But he sent ambassadors to him, saying, What have I to do with thee, thou king of Judah? I come not against thee this day, but against the house wherewith I have war: for God commanded me to make haste: forbear thee from meddling with God, who is with me, that he destroy thee not.

Тогава той изпрати пратеници до него да кажат: Какво има между мен и теб, царю на Юда? Не идвам срещу теб днес, а срещу дома, с който имам война, и Бог ми е заповядал да побързам. Остави се от съпротивата си срещу Бога, който е с мен, за да не те погуби!

Nevertheless Josiah would not turn his face from him, but disguised himself, that he might fight with him, and hearkened not unto the words of Necho from the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.

Но Йосия не отвърна лицето си от него, а се предреши, за да воюва против него. Не послуша думите на Нехао, които бяха от Божията уста, и дойде да се бие в долината Магедон.

And the archers shot at king Josiah; and the king said to his servants, Have me away; for I am sore wounded.

И стрелците стреляха по цар Йосия; и царят каза на слугите си: Изведете ме оттук, защото съм тежко ранен.

His servants therefore took him out of that chariot, and put him in the second chariot that he had; and they brought him to Jerusalem, and he died, and was buried in one of the sepulchres of his fathers. And all Judah and Jerusalem mourned for Josiah.

И слугите му го извадиха от колесницата и го сложиха във втората колесница, която имаше, и го докараха в Ерусалим. И той умря и беше погребан в гробището на бащите си. И целият Юда и Ерусалим жалееха за Йосия.

And Jeremiah lamented for Josiah: and all the singing men and the singing women spake of Josiah in their lamentations to this day, and made them an ordinance in Israel: and, behold, they are written in the lamentations.

И Еремия пя оплакване за Йосия. И всичките певци и певици и до днес споменават Йосия в оплакванията си. И направиха това обичай в Израил и ето, те са написани в Плача.

Now the rest of the acts of Josiah, and his goodness, according to that which was written in the law of the LORD,

А останалите дела на Йосия и добрините му, извършени според писаното в ГОСПОДНИЯ закон,

And his deeds, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah.

и делата му, първите и последните, ето, записани са в Книгата на израилевите и юдовите царе.
