Psalms 99

यहोवा राजा है। सो हे राष्ट्र, भय से काँप उठो। परमेश्वर राजा के रूप में करूब दूतों पर विराजता है। सो हे विश्व भय से काँप उठो।

The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.

यहोवा सिय्योन में महान है। सारे मनुष्यों का वही महान राजा है।

The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.

सभी मनुष्य तेरे नाम का गुण गाएँ। परमेश्वर का नाम भय विस्मय है। परमेश्वर पवित्र है।

Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.

शक्तिशाली राजा को न्याय भाता है। परमेश्वर तूने ही नेकी बनाया है। तू ही याकूब (इस्राएल) के लिये खरापन और नेकी लाया।

The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

यहोवा हमारे परमेश्वर का गुणगान करो, और उसके पवित्र चरण चौकी की आराधना करो।

Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.

मूसा और हारुन परमेश्वर के याजक थे। शमूएल परमेश्वर का नाम लेकर प्रार्थना करने वाला था। उन्होंने यहोवा से विनती की और यहोवा ने उनको उसका उत्तर दिया।

Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.

परमेश्वर ने ऊँचे उठे बादल में से बातें कीं। उन्होंने उसके आदेशों को माना। परमेश्वर ने उनको व्यवस्था का विधान दिया।

He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.

हमारे परमेश्वर यहोवा, तूने उनकी प्रार्थनाओं का उत्तर दिया। तूने उन्हें यह दर्शाया कि तू क्षमा करने वाला परमेश्वर है, और तू लोगों को उनके बुरे कर्मो के लिये दण्ड देता है।

Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.

हमारे परमेश्वर यहोवा के गुण गाओ। उसके पवित्र पर्वत की ओर झुककर उसकी उपासना करो। हमारा परमेश्वर यहोवा सचमुच पवित्र है।

Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.
