Psalms 99

خداوند سلطنت می‌کند، ای مردم زمین بلرزید، او بر تخت خود که بر روی بالهای فرشتگان است، نشسته است، پس زمین بلرزد.

The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.

خداوند در صهیون جلوس فرموده و فرمانروای تمام ملّتهاست.

The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.

همه، نام پُرشکوه او را با احترام بپرستند، زیرا او قدّوس است.

Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.

ای پادشاه قادر، ای دوستدار عدالت، تو برابری را برقرار ساختی و عدالت و انصاف را در اسرائیل به عمل آوردی.

The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

خداوند، خدای ما را ستایش کنید و در برابر تختش، او را پرستش نمایید، زیرا که او خدای مقدّس است.

Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.

وقتی کاهنان او، یعنی موسی و هارون و همچنین سموئیل دعا کردند و از او کمک خواستند، او دعای ایشان را مستجاب فرمود.

Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.

او از میان ستون ابر با آنها صحبت کرد و آنها دستورات و اوامر او را اطاعت نمودند.

He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.

ای خداوند، ای خدای ما، تو دعای آنان را مستجاب فرمودی و به آنها نشان دادی که تو خدای بخشنده‌ای، هرچند تو آنها را به‌خاطر گناهانشان تنبیه نمودی.

Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.

خداوند، خدای ما را ستایش کنید و او را بر کوه مقدّسش پرستش نمایید، زیرا خداوند، خدای ما قدّوس است.

Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.
