Psalms 114

When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;

CUANDO salió Israel de Egipto, La casa de Jacob del pueblo bárbaro,

Judah was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion.

Judá fué su consagrada heredad, Israel su señorío.

The sea saw it, and fled: Jordan was driven back.

La mar vió, y huyó; El Jordán se volvió atrás.

The mountains skipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs.

Los montes saltaron como carneros: Los collados como corderitos.

What ailed thee, O thou sea, that thou fleddest? thou Jordan, that thou wast driven back?

¿Qué tuviste, oh mar, que huiste? ¿Y tú, oh Jordán, que te volviste atrás?

Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams; and ye little hills, like lambs?

Oh montes, ¿por qué saltasteis como carneros, Y vosotros, collados, como corderitos?

Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob;

Á la presencia del Señor tiembla la tierra, Á la presencia del Dios de Jacob;

Which turned the rock into a standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters.

Él cual tornó la peña en estanque de aguas, Y en fuente de aguas la roca.
