Hosea 8

Set the trumpet to thy mouth. He shall come as an eagle against the house of the LORD, because they have transgressed my covenant, and trespassed against my law.

Вдигни тръбата на устата си! Като орел се спуска върху ГОСПОДНИЯ дом, защото престъпиха завета Ми и вършиха престъпления против закона Ми.

Israel shall cry unto me, My God, we know thee.

Ще викат към Мен: Боже мой, ние, Израил, Те познаваме!

Israel hath cast off the thing that is good: the enemy shall pursue him.

Израил отхвърли доброто и враг ще го преследва.

They have set up kings, but not by me: they have made princes, and I knew it not: of their silver and their gold have they made them idols, that they may be cut off.

Те поставиха царе, но не от Мен; поставиха първенци, но без Аз да зная. От среброто си и от златото си си направиха идоли, за да бъдат изтребени.

Thy calf, O Samaria, hath cast thee off; mine anger is kindled against them: how long will it be ere they attain to innocency?

Той отхвърли телето ти, Самария; гневът Ми пламна против тях — докога няма да са способни на чистота?

For from Israel was it also: the workman made it; therefore it is not God: but the calf of Samaria shall be broken in pieces.

Защото е от Израил, и него майстор го е направил, то не е Бог; ще се строши на парчета телето на Самария.

For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk: the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up.

Защото посяха вятър и ще пожънат буря. Няма узряло жито, израсналото няма да даде брашно, а ако даде, чужденци ще го погълнат.

Israel is swallowed up: now shall they be among the Gentiles as a vessel wherein is no pleasure.

Израил беше погълнат, сега е сред народите като нежелан съд.

For they are gone up to Assyria, a wild ass alone by himself: Ephraim hath hired lovers.

Защото се изкачиха в Асирия; като див осел, самотен, Ефрем нае любовници.

Yea, though they have hired among the nations, now will I gather them, and they shall sorrow a little for the burden of the king of princes.

И понеже наемат народите, сега ще ги доведа на тълпи и скоро ще има да страдат под бремето на царя на князете.

Because Ephraim hath made many altars to sin, altars shall be unto him to sin.

Защото Ефрем умножи жертвениците за съгрешаване и жертвениците му станаха за съгрешаване.

I have written to him the great things of my law, but they were counted as a strange thing.

И да му напиша десет хиляди правила на закона Си, те се считат за нещо чуждо.

They sacrifice flesh for the sacrifices of mine offerings, and eat it; but the LORD accepteth them not; now will he remember their iniquity, and visit their sins: they shall return to Egypt.

Като жертви на Моите приноси жертват месо и го ядат; ГОСПОД няма благоволение в тях. Сега ще си спомни беззаконието им и ще накаже греховете им; ще се върнат в Египет.

For Israel hath forgotten his Maker, and buildeth temples; and Judah hath multiplied fenced cities: but I will send a fire upon his cities, and it shall devour the palaces thereof.

Защото Израил е забравил Твореца си и е построил дворци и Юда е умножил укрепени градове; но Аз ще пратя огън върху градовете му и ще пояде дворците им.
