Hosea 2

Say ye unto your brethren, Ammi; and to your sisters, Ru–hamah.

Кажете на братята си: Амми — и на сестрите си: Рухама!

Plead with your mother, plead: for she is not my wife, neither am I her husband: let her therefore put away her whoredoms out of her sight, and her adulteries from between her breasts;

Съдете се с майка си, съдете се, защото тя не ми е жена и Аз не съм й мъж. Нека отмахне блудствата си от пред себе си и прелюбодействата си от между гърдите си,

Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her like a dry land, and slay her with thirst.

за да не я съблека гола и да я изложа както в деня на раждането й, и да я направя като пустиня, и да я обърна на безводна земя, и я уморя от жажда.

And I will not have mercy upon her children; for they be the children of whoredoms.

И към синовете й няма да окажа милост, понеже са синове на блудство.

For their mother hath played the harlot: she that conceived them hath done shamefully: for she said, I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink.

Защото майка им блудства; тази, която ги зачена, постъпи срамно, защото каза: Ще отида след любовниците си, които ми дават хляба ми и водата ми, вълната ми и лена ми, маслиненото ми масло и напитките ми.

Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns, and make a wall, that she shall not find her paths.

Затова, ето, Аз ще препреча пътя ти с тръни и ще я преградя с преграда, за да не намери пътеките си.

And she shall follow after her lovers, but she shall not overtake them; and she shall seek them, but shall not find them: then shall she say, I will go and return to my first husband; for then was it better with me than now.

Тя ще преследва любовниците си, но няма да ги стигне; ще ги потърси, но няма да ги намери и ще каже: Ще отида и ще се върна при първия си мъж, защото тогава ми беше по-добре отколкото сега.

For she did not know that I gave her corn, and wine, and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold, which they prepared for Baal.

А тя не позна, че Аз й давах житото, новото вино и маслото и умножих среброто и златото й, което употребиха за Ваал.

Therefore will I return, and take away my corn in the time thereof, and my wine in the season thereof, and will recover my wool and my flax given to cover her nakedness.

Затова ще си взема обратно житото Си на времето му и виното Си на определеното му време и ще отнема вълната Си и лена Си, които трябваше да покриват голотата й.

And now will I discover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, and none shall deliver her out of mine hand.

И сега ще открия срамотата й пред очите на любовниците й и никой няма да я избави от ръката Ми.

I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feast days, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her solemn feasts.

И ще прекратя цялото й веселие — празниците й, новолунията й и съботите й, и всичките й празнични времена.

And I will destroy her vines and her fig trees, whereof she hath said, These are my rewards that my lovers have given me: and I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall eat them.

Ще опустоша и лозята й и смокините й, за които казваше: Те са заплатата ми, която ми дадоха любовниците ми. Ще ги обърна на гора и полските зверове ще ги изядат.

And I will visit upon her the days of Baalim, wherein she burned incense to them, and she decked herself with her earrings and her jewels, and she went after her lovers, and forgat me, saith the LORD.

И ще я накажа за дните, които посвещаваше на ваалимите, когато им кадеше и се украсяваше с обиците си и огърлиците си, и ходеше след любовниците си, а Мен забрави, заявява ГОСПОД.

Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her.

Затова, ето, Аз ще я привлека и ще я заведа в пустинята, и ще говоря на сърцето й.

And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope: and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt.

И оттам ще й дам лозята и долината Ахор за врата на надежда. И там тя ще пее както в дните на младостта си и както в деня, когато излезе от египетската земя.

And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.

И в онзи ден, заявява ГОСПОД, ще Ме наричаш: Мой мъж — а няма вече да Ме наричаш: Мой Ваал.

For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name.

И ще премахна имената на ваалимите от устата й и няма вече да се помнят по име.

And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground: and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will make them to lie down safely.

В онзи ден ще сключа за тях завет с полските зверове и с небесните птици, и с пълзящите по земята; и ще строша лък и меч, и война от земята, и ще им дам да живеят в безопасност.

And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.

И ще те сгодя за Себе Си до века, и ще те сгодя за Себе Си в правда и в правосъдие, и в милост и в милосърдие.

I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the LORD.

И ще те сгодя за Себе Си в истина и ще познаеш ГОСПОДА.

And it shall come to pass in that day, I will hear, saith the LORD, I will hear the heavens, and they shall hear the earth;

И в онзи ден ще отговоря, заявява ГОСПОД, ще отговоря на небето, а то ще отговори на земята.

And the earth shall hear the corn, and the wine, and the oil; and they shall hear Jezreel.

И земята ще отговори на житото и на младото вино, и на маслото, а те ще отговорят на Езраел.

And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.

И ще я насея за Себе Си на земята и ще окажа милост на Ло Рухама. И на Ло Амми ще кажа: Ти си Мой народ. И те ще кажат: Ти си мой Бог.
