Psalms 110

خداوند به سَروَر من می‌گوید: «به دست راست من بنشین تا دشمنانت را زیر پای تو اندازم.»

The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

خداوند از صهیون سلطنت تو را وسعت خواهد داد تا بر دشمنان اطرافت سلطنت کنی.

The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

در روز نبرد با دشمنانت، قومت با کمال میل از اوامر تو پیروی خواهد كرد و جوانان تو مثل شبنم صبحگاهی به حضور تو بر کوه مقدّس خواهند آمد.

Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

خداوند قسم خورده است و پشیمان نخواهد شد، که تو تا ابد کاهن هستی، کاهنی در رتبه ملکی‌صدق.

The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

خداوند در دست راست توست و در روز غضب خود، پادشاهان را شکست خواهد داد.

The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.

ملّتها را محاکمه خواهد كرد. میدان جنگ را از اجساد آنها پُر خواهد ساخت و پادشاهان روی زمین را شکست خواهد داد.

He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.

پادشاه از آب جوی کنار جاده خواهد نوشید و نیرو یافته، با پیروزی سرافراز خواهد شد.

He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.
