Micah 1

Ny tenin'i Jehovah izay tonga tamin'i Morastita tamin'ny andro nanjakan'i Jotama sy Ahaza ary Hezetia, mpanjakan'ny Joda, dia ilay hitany ny amin'i Samaria sy Jerosalema.

The word of the LORD that came to Micah the Morasthite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.

Samia mihaino ianareo, ry firenena rehetra; Atongilano ny sofinareo, ry tany sy izay zavatra rehetra eo aminy; Ary aoka Jehovah Tompo no ho vavolombelona hanameloka anareo, Dia Jehovah avy ao amin'ny tempoliny masina.

Hear, all ye people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple.

Noho ny fahadisoan'i Jakoba sy ny fahotan'ny taranak'Isiraely no isian'izany rehetra izany. Iza no nahadiso an'i Jakoba? Tsy Samaria va? Ary iza no fitoerana avon'i Joda? Tsy Jerosalema va?

For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?

Yet will I bring an heir unto thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come unto Adullam the glory of Israel.
