Psalms 93

The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

L’Eterno regna; egli s’è rivestito di maestà; l’Eterno s’è rivestito, s’è cinto di forza; il mondo quindi è stabile, e non sarà smosso.

Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.

Il tuo trono è saldo ab antico, tu sei ab eterno.

The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.

I fiumi hanno elevato, o Eterno, i fiumi hanno elevato la loro voce; i fiumi elevano il lor fragore.

The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.

Più delle voci delle grandi, delle potenti acque, più dei flutti del mare, l’Eterno è potente ne’ luoghi alti.

Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.

Le tue testimonianze sono perfettamente veraci; la santità s’addice alla tua casa, o Eterno, in perpetuo.
