Psalms 131

LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.

Ho Eternulo, ne tenas sin alte mia koro, kaj ne leviĝas alte miaj okuloj; Kaj mi ne okupas min per aferoj grandaj kaj neatingeblaj por mi.

Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.

Mi trankviligis kaj kvietigis mian animon; Kiel infano formetita for de la mamo de sia patrino, kiel infano demamigita, Tiel estas en mi mia animo.

Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.
